Absolutely outstanding!!! This company takes care of their customers. So my daughter has an anaphylactic fish allergy. I purchased the RED kimchi from TNT market because it said it has “shrimp paste” which is safe for her. I called their office just to make sure that there was no cross contamination with fish and they were incredibly helpful. The lady contacted production, and then went as far as contacting the supplier of the shrimp paste manufacturer to ensure my child was safe to eat it.

She asked me not to consume the product I purchased until her investigation was concluded. A couple of days later, she told me that the manufacturer of the shrimp paste did not feel confident that there would be no cross-contamination with any sort of fish. She then told me that she was going to bring some of the WHITE kimchi, which is vegan, and deliver it right to our house.

Incredible! It’s not very often that a company goes this far for a customer. My daughter is in heaven and I am eternally grateful.

This is the first time I've ever tried radish kimchi from Jinmi Food, and it was so bad that it was inedible. The radish tasted like chewing on a lump of salt, and I had to spit it out after only a few bites. It was a complete waste of money, and I will never recommend it to others or buy Jinmi Food again. It's the worst-tasting radish kimchi I've ever experienced! Don't even want to give 1 star.

Eureka !!! I am in kimchi heaven. Finely I have found the perfect kimchi. Just the right mix and blend of freshness and heat. And it’s healthy for you too ! I have tried many different ones but for me this one nails it. Accidentally say it at the No Frills in the Denman mall. I’m going to check out what other foods these magicians conjure up.

Authentic marinated raw crab with super good quality. Probably the best in Vancouver if you like Korean marinated crab. Very fresh and delicious, and overall good value for what you get. They threw my hot stone beef dish away by accident when I asked to take it home to-go, but they went ahead and made a new one which was very nice of them. 5 star staff, service, and food

Just picked up some radish, cucumber and mustard greens kimchi. The radish kimchi is sweet and crunchy. The cucumber kimchi is garlicy and spicy. Great for me, a bit too spicy for my wife. The mustard greens kimchi was a bit too bitter for our tastes, but has a different flavor.
