I had messed up the delivery date in my initial order, so I called last minute and they were very understanding and made an adjustment that meant delivering two days earlier than originally planned. The person I spoke to was gracious and didn't make me feel like a bother in the slightest. And the feed back I got from the recipient was that the flowers were gorgeous. Thank you for doing a great job.

I placed an order online for an arrangement of flowers for my daughters birthday. I found out after I placed the order that my daughter was going out of town, so I called Cheryl and explained what happened. Cheryl was very professional and the issue was resolved immediately. Cheryl worked with me to arrange another date. My daughter received them today and told me they were "so pretty", she loved the arrangement. I would highly recommend this flower shop. Not just for the professionalism, but for the quality of the flowers and the arrangement! The prices may seem a bit steep with how high inflation is right now, but absolutely priceless to see how happy those flowers made my daughter. Thanks, Cheryl!

My mom loved the arrangement that the 27th Street Florist put together.
The online ordering was very easy, the delivery was made successful and the customer service was great at the time of delivery.
