Ariana, the leader of the 5th St. Florist team, is an absolute angel. She made planning our wedding flowers such a fun and easy process. Her arrangements exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have been happier. We wanted a non-traditional arch setup on pillars, and she made our vision come to life perfectly. I also loved that the flowers were locally sourced, and they lasted for weeks—we still had them in our home two weeks later! We highly recommend Ariana and her team for any special event.

These folks are terrific. Called from out of town to order flowers for a special birthday. Not only were they more than helpful, they took and processed my order over the phone, instead of having to try and do it myself online. If you have any floral needs for any occasion, delivered, picked-up, or setup you need to use these folks. You will not be disappointed.

I had ordered flowers for my father at the hospital, but unfortunately they were unable to deliver them as he was still in recovery. They communicated clearly and let me know they’d try to deliver again later. I was worried he’d be out of the hospital by then, but they were happy to change the delivery address if he had been discharged. It was so appreciated this kind customer service. And the flowers were beautiful.

I have ordered flowers and chocolates from 5th St Florist's a few times now - online from here in Ontario to my daughter-in-law in Comox for all her special occasions... The arrangements I chose from their site have always been very pretty and fresh looking. My daughter-in-law always sends me a picture saying how gorgeous they are. Which makes me very happy too. It's great to know when you are ordering flowers online now a days. Very happy with my purchases and I will continue to have 5th St Flowers as my go to shop. I received flowers for Valentine’s Day. 3 days after and the mini red roses are dead. I have filled water like it says. This is this 2nd time I’ve gotten flowers for valentines from there that have died within a few days. It makes me so sad when I’ve gotten flowers from elsewhere and they last weeks! The pink roses seem to be “okay” for now. But I feel it was a terrible waste of money. So disappointing.

Edit: the owner contacted us back after an email sent and offered a new bouquet. I’ve added the photo of the new bouquet

We used 5th Street for our daughter's wedding. My daughter and I went in months before to order. My daughter told the florist the colours she wanted. The staff were super friendly and helpful. All the flowers we ordered were stunning. The guests at the wedding asked who we used. We were suppose to pick up the order the day of the wedding. We didn't realize how busy we would be. We called and they arranged so we could get them the day before. So thankful. We will use them again.
