I had an appointment today with
Xinh Tran and I will never go back to her to seek any medical treatment or advice. She acted very
pretentious and I was surprised and offended at how she talked down to me. My whole reasoning for the visit was my primary dr said I would be needing her to write my prescription refill for a medication I’ve been on for 20 years, however she disagreed with all my previous physicians and how it would affect me as if I had never taken it. I was so disappointed that I wasted the time to get such a bad experience and very offended at how she spoke to me. My advice find a more caring and competent physician if you want quality treatment.

Dr. Tran and her team are absolutely wonderful and so extremely helpful! She has helped me tremendously for the last 4 years with my acquired TBI.

I called twice to make an appointment based on a referral. I was told by her MA that she would review my medical history and call me back to let me know if she would take on my case and to make an appointment. I never heard back. It would be nice if she and her staff had the curtesy to let me know they didn’t want to accept me as a patient. Instead, they just disregard me completely. That doesn’t say much for her level of care or concern.
