Used to love stopping here growing up but was here recently and the place is going down hill. Produce was not very fresh and the prices were sky high. The pre-made food (pasta salad) looked old and the rest of the food in the display case looked old and grey. The ice cream was good and about the same price as anywhere else. If your in a pinch stop here but if you can I recommend going else where.

Cute market, nice baked goods however I find it extremely rude that the checkout people will stand there after their customers are already paying top prices to shop there and watch you bag your own groceries even when there is a line up behind you. Businesses fail due to lack of customer service. Perhaps better training by management is needed.

I had a product question about a house-made product and called Kredl's on a Monday. I was told the manager could answer my question but they had left for the day and to call back after 10am the next day. I did so and they were not available so I left my name and number for a call back. Towards the end of the day I called back again as I know sometimes things get busy, the manager was there but was still not available. I was asked if I wanted to leave a message to which I let them know I had already left my name/number( they confirmed said information). It is now Thursday and I have still not received a phone call.
Lately, the customer service at Kredl's has really gone downhill and I have since found another local shop to give my business to.

It shows that this business has been around serving the community for a long time. They are very well organized and have a vast array of products available. Popular ice cream destination. I haven't explored what they have to offer for the gardening crowd but the grocery and restaurant portions were both satisfying.

This use to be a go-to shopping destination for quality homemade baked goods, crafted foods, vegetables, and meat. Now it's half empty and what's available is pale comparison to what it once was. This isn't a slow slide, it's a drop off the cliff. It feels like an outlet for Mrs. Dusters and an offsale for food (the little that's available) that is past is sale by date. What a shame and lost opportunity.
