Amazing pharmacy. The ladies there are so caring and passionate about what they do. I want to thank all the staff for everything they have done for my mom with stage 4 cancer and myself. She passed away June 14th 2023 and the ladies went way out of there way for us. Best pharmacy in the world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Keep up the good work.

The pharmacists I have had experience with on the phone and in person are amazing, they genuinely care about you and your well being. They definitely go above and beyond to help any way they can. I so much appreciate them. They have made a world of difference for me going through a very difficult time with my medications.

If I could give more than five stars I would! Went in here with a medical issue during a work trip, and I'd forgotten my medication - these ladies called my doctor, tracked down my file and got all the info transferred and had the prescription in my hands in minutes. My impression is that Lumsden is a place I'm looking forward to doing more business in if this is how professional, kind and helpful people are here. Just excellent customer service all around, thank you again.

It’s nice to live in a small town. I have a good drugstore as you get older you need your medication’s they’ve always been there for me.

Was in store yesterday. They ask that people wear masks yet none of the staff wore masks. I waited at the counter for several minutes with 3 staff there before someone acknowledged my presence. Same at checkout even though I was the only customer and all staff knew I was there. Had a similar experience a year ago.

Everything is wonderful there, fun items to find. I just wish they were open during the lunch hour, as that is sometimes the only time we can sneak away to pickup prescriptions
