The clinic's staff and doctors are amazing. I love their place. Our dog is little bit fussy but they have been handling him well. Parking space is available. Easy to navigate. View from the clinic is awesome and their coffee is so satisfying while we were waiting for our Leo.

Now that we've had some time to adjust to our new life without Nacho, I wanted to take a moment to thank the staff and Dr. Marshall for their kindness and attention. Even though, through no fault of their own, what happened to our kitty when it was his time to go, was traumatic. The staff was beyond kind and compassionate in handling us (and him) and we are grateful. We are thankful for a vet that seems to care more about the people and animals they deal with than solely the bottom line. We will continue our patronage with all our other pets and know we are in great hands.

Fabulous service all around. We had an emergency situation. The Vet and Techs as well as front office staff - top notch. So caring and compassionate. I've never had such a great post appt recap. Thanks for all you do!!!

Vets are somewhat kind, I know they are overworked there so I appreciate their hard work and all that they do for the animals and owners. This review is not about them. Some could be better people but everyone has off days.

Costs are almost never near the estimates given by receptionists. Gave us prescription diet that did more harm than good. Our cat had been sick ever since changing the food and they said it was normal. Went to another vet because she aspirated one day. They said the food was the cause and that she should never have been prescribed it as it is for cats who are more severely sick than ours is. Not to mention we have been paying almost $200 every couple weeks/ every month to get this food just to find out its actually not good for our cat and the place basically prescribed it just to “give us an answer”.

Before switching vets our cat was sick and she had become that way right after we got home from seeing the vet here. Called receptionist and she told us to not come back and that they dont want to deal with our pet anymore because shes at end of life and they cant do anything more. Exact words “dont bring her back then” followed by sugar coated insults regarding her life expectancy which she wouldnt know because she wasnt the vet she was the receptionist. Also stated she hates cats and lets hers die. Which wth… doesnt make us feel good about bringing our sick cat there.

Its not the vets who are the issue. Its the receptionist. Place was amazing when it was up on the hill.

This place is an hour away but worth it, the farm discounts are great. Had them spay 3 of my cats. Able to see if I should bring my cats in when hurt or let them heal by themselves.

Took my dog here as he had a run in with a porcupine. They took him in right away and were really friendly. Would highly recommend.

Another update, my other dog had a medical emergency and needed surgery right away. They treat us like family and we felt very safe with our dog in their hands. They kept us up to date and Dr. Marshall was fantastic and very compassionate. She explained things very well and made time to answer our questions.

Fantastic care from all vet techs and Dr.Marshall is excellent at taking care of both dogs and cats. Had to take both of my animals there numerous times and have had nothing but positive and exceptional service from all front desk staff. Samantha was extremely helpful, patient, and kind when my animals were in distress. Could not personally recommend Samantha enough and am so grateful to the entire staff of TM’z.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Drove 45 minutes after speaking to staff 5 seperate times to verify pricing and appointment to have them call me 25 minutes before our schedualed time to try to cance. Well I have now driven 40 minutes so that won’t work. They push my appointment from 145 to 7 pm.
Ok annoying . Not much I can do so I sit and wait with my dog in +35 heat until 7.
We then get to the vet and go into a room straight away. The lady come in and says she would like me to pay before we do his shot.
Seeing the price it’s about 100$ more than I was told, I explain all the calls are recorded , go play back the call and see what they told me before. She then realizes I am right but refuses to do it at the price they quoted. she explains to me that she won’t do it for the price quoted that she will only do it for this price and that the receptionist could deal with it later
