I participated in their food tasting event at the Canadian Brew house and I was very impressed. The food was amazing, the presentation was great , the events dynamic was fun and the hosts were great and very charismatic. I will definitely start purchasing my steaks and ribs from them. Specially the P.E.I. One . That’s my favourite

Stopped by Ribeye Butcher Shop on our way to Banff/Yoho in Oct2024 for a week of camping. The ambience in the store was warm and nostalgic. Lots of great food items in addition to steaks available. But first, the steak was phenomenal, actually tasted like beef. We scored a few steaks, a Wagyu burger, and because we were new to RBS, they gifted a pack of 10 Wagyu dumplings...so tasty. I've added pics of the store that show the variety of food ie sausages, cheese, pickles, pot pies, seasonings and pepper dude. If you need ideas for holiday gifts, or birthdays, RBS should be a top pick.

The steak and bacon burger is hands down the best burger I've ever had in my life. We drive 40 mins each way just to pick them up and they are more then worth the gas and time. Highly highly recommend. The store is beautiful and their branding is on point too. Support these guys!!!

My wife ordered through Skip The Dishes. She got me a double smash burger and she had a single. She also ordered fries.

The burgers were nicely cooked. They do have a peppery flavour which I enjoyed but not everybody would. The fries are crinkle cut, are nicely salted, and crispy.

I look forward to visiting the butcher shop in person, trying the burgers again and checking out their meat.

Very much enjoyed our experience at Ribeye Butcher Shop! Audrey and Nathan helped us out being we've never ordered before. Ordered the beef/bacon smash burger & dirty fries. Thankfully hubby and I shared. So much food! And we seriously have not had a better burger! Can't wait to go back. Signed up for their loyalty program and received a free bag of Wagu Dumplings. Can't wait to try them and I took home chicken salad to try. So many things to pick from there, to spices, sauces, rubs, meat and so much more. Stop in and check it out.

Fantastic store, great atmosphere, good food.

Had the smash burger and fries, can’t say if it’s the best burger in town but it’s definitely a serious contender.

I just tried them out . First order was $475 in rib eye steaks , I got 14 steaks. Not much marbling and they were tough. I gave them a second chance yesterday, and grabbed 2 more rib eyes for $64. These ones were worse, they were cut thin , hardly and marbling, and they were tough. We buy and cook alot of great steak from the farm . But theirs was not farm fresh unfortunately like we are use too from longrun beef ranch.

I have bought 2 great tomahawk steaks here...both were the best! Staff was great and will continue to shop here!
