Stores ok, layouts fine. Clean and neat. I do fair amount of shopping, and I do notice alot of there merchandise is overpriced. I use the Canadian-tire App and find same product for at least 25% less. Would be nice to be greeted with a hello or a wave on the way in, i have never ever got that, and always have to play man-tracker for anyone to help.

Went into your store today to purchase a couple things and get to the till and the price on the shelf and the price that came up were not matching, took the cashier back and showed her and then some lady just said " oh well that's not correct nothing I can do" I go into store to spend my money and it's not my responsibility to make sure your tag's match up. And further more this item has been sitting in the same spot for awhile with the incorrect tag. I would recommend making sure your staff does their job correctly. I will be shopping at Canadian tire from this point on.
And maybe you should teach your employees to be polite

The staff at this store are untrained!, or just don't care, I believe this is a management issue, many modern plumbing fittings used in todays plumbing industry are not stocked,

It would be nice if this store was open for anybody that works a full time job. 8:30 till 5 everyday, closed Sunday, FFS if you want to work bankers hours work at a bank. Most of us tradespeople would rather not need to leave a job a job midday, or start at 10 in the morning, just to have the privilege of shopping at your store.

Great staff, love going here for my paint+supplies, home reno items, yard products etc and they also have beautiful items in the Home Expressions section!
