I just ordered sympathy flowers from this shop and couldn't be more impressed. Eric was most helpful on the phone and the recipient of the arrangement said they were just beautiful. Such fast friendly service!

Took care of my flower needs last minute request and did it without hesitation. Very friendly. They also have a gift section- dried flower arrangements and fresh flowers.

My sister tried to send flowers from New Zealand and they refused delivery because they couldn't find the address. Had they taken the 2 minutes to call me to get directions of the new street name, it would have saved them time. On google maps, it shows an old name of the street. Every other map has the correct name so they just didn't bother to put any effort into contacting me.

This is the 2nd time they've done this. Previously, they did call me to get the right street address. They were very rude on the phone and the flower arrangement was not as expected. The flowers were already starting to wilt and the customer service was terrible.

I would recommend another flower shop. Their attitude towards everything seems very odd. You would think that they would want the business but obviously they don't want the business that bad.

I do not recommend this flower shop. Plenty others to choose from.

this was suppose to be a PRIEMIUM bouquet called Daises and Sunbeams. the first is what I got for PRIEMIUM Only half the flowers and i do not see any Daisies. shame on you. The second was what i ordered

BEST Service!! I placed an order for flowers for my mum's birthday but the wrong phone number ended up on the order. When I called the store, I was lucky to get them and they delivered the flowers after hours to make sure the birthday girl got her beautiful surprise! Customers for life! 🙂

I would not recommend for funeral arrangements. Uncertain if would be complete in time(2days), or the flower combinations in displayed arrangements advertised.
Not the peace of mind I needed.
