Any one that deals with these people need to insist an MRI of the dog to remove any doubts it has CM and SM. We need to put our dog down from complications arising from this. This dog was not well from day 1 and the breeders should’ve been fully aware of their shallow gene pool. After significant work, we discovered that the mother and father were actually related 3 generations back. We have two dogs from them and both have problems. One should considered a breeder from another part of the country. We did our research but we’re got reassurance from the breeder that nothing was wrong. $6000 later from an MRI we had the diagnosis. And he was on 4 months old.

I have never, in my life, been so appalled by a companies customer service. Worst part? It wasn't just an employee, the inconsiderate and beyond impudent human who I spoke with was the actual owner!! This guy couldn't answer a few questions regarding my dog and boarding at his location without being completely insolent.

I first asked if it was ok if I could ask some questions as I'm nervous about leaving my dog somewhere for weeks for the first time, he responded with "as long as I don't have to write a novel." I just ignored how rude that was for a business to say and carried on. When asked, how do you disinfect areas, his response was "we clean it up." When asked with what, like what kind of products will be touching the surface's my dog will be on, and he went off on me.

I asked the same 10 questions to 6 other kennels, all were kind and helpful, this guy couldn't answer the first three without saying something along the lines of "Jesus man, it's just a kennel for your dog." After a fourth rude response in only 3 questions, I decided to end the conversation there, and said I wont be bringing my dog in. He said "I've been in this business for 50 years and made it without you, didn't I?"

Blown away by that "service" from this business.

I have known the owner an d his business for many years...absolutely a great place with many many years of expert knowledge.of animals..I would recommend this place to anyone..
