Very disappointed/ upset with the service. I should have went to save on foods. Placed an order for my girlfriends birthday "cupcake pull apart cake", even got called TWICE this morning (day of pickup) to confirm the icing and cupcake flavor. Went to pick up, no cake. Manager on duty tried to come up with an excuse saying they hired a new guy and he missed it. Meanwhile, a LADY called me twice this morning. The manager then tried to back peddle and offered me a cake on display with a discount. After ruining the surprise to my gf, got a small "who knows how long its been there or what is on it" cake. Went to customer service to pay and the manager says "you pay full price for cake and we give you a $5.00 gift card". So I paid, and then had to wait for a card.... almost 10 more minutes Went by and I just left. Keep the $5. Won't ever go back to sobeys for any special occasion. Ever. Poor service sobeys. Check the pictures

Located in downtown. There are other stores near by. Big grocery store. Very neat and clean. Well organized. Lots of signage to guide shoppers. Wide aisles. I love their fruits section. Lots of topical fruit like jackfruits available here which is not available in other stores. Vegetables are very good quality and fresh. Bakery section is so good. Fresh seafood, meet and other fishes available here. Very good flowers selection. Canada post boxes are also available here. Expensive compared to Superstore, but quality is very good. Lots of parking lots including para parking. Very good customer service. Washroom available for customer. I like this store. Highly recommend others to try this store.

Not a fan of the bakery, the individual store made items are not the greatest 🙁 otherwise it's a great store, fully stocked never awful line ups and great customer service

Rotiserries Chicken was the best so far , chipotle flavor
Great to place cake order customized for accations .
Good cut for Beef as well
Prices were bit high but its a fast phase shopping you can do and has once a week evening for Sensory shopping
I think it was Mon. EVE 8 -10pm
