Easy to find, great frozen selection. Owner explained their processing place was closed over December but they were due to get fresh bison again very soon. Everything from ground to jerky, sausage, and steak. Very knowledgeable about cuts. You can see their bison are well looked after as you can view them nearby.

I was just here yesterday and purchased some fresh and some Frozen. I just seared one of the fresh bison ribeyes in some bone marrow and I swear this probably the most tender steak I have ever had... the steak is amazing .. it is literally as tender as a beef filet except it tastes a lot better. Absolutely unreal. I will not be purchasing my meat anywhere else anymore. The products are top-notch, the prices are more than reasonable, the customer service is beyond friendly and if I could give this place a six stars out of five, I would.❤️

It was a pleasure meeting one of the owners who gave me an amazing experience learning about bison.
I'll cut to the chase, I purchased 12 of their fresh bison ribeye and followed the owner's advise how to cook it.
All I can say is WOW, I smoked it for 2 hours and it was more tender than any beef tenderloin I have smoked! It was like cutting into butter and I'm not exaggerating! The flavour, I'll sum it up to this -I'm buying their bison instead of beef for now on.-
To anyone reading this, the trick to bison is how to cook it and they have a great page on their website and if you follow the instructions you wont be disappointed.
Most importantly, you are getting the highest quality as the owners are very passionate of raising best bison for your enjoyment.
Buy Local- You know where your food is coming from and support our local farmers and ranchers most of all!

Stopped by and picked up a few different products. Jerky- Amazingly good! Pepperoni- so dang good!! Bratwursts- Absolutely blew my mind how good these were, next time I go by I'm getting a dozen packages of Brats. Tenderloin steaks, sooo good! Next weekend I try the Prime Rib roast, can't wait.

Amazing! She let us try some jerky and we have amazing cheese smokies and burgers and pepperoni sticks!
Amazing food. Organic as you can get. Straight off the farm and butchered weekly! Love love love this place!
Everyone should go here for their bison!
Also she has pet food. Amazing selection of treat sized bags that reseal and pucks for all meat diets as well. Dog bones and amazing choices!

It is more expensive than your average beef costs but the taste is undeniable.
On our first trip we got some jerky, pepperoni sticks, steaks and hot dogs. One of those nice Roasts are next.
The wife and I will not eat regular hot dogs or bologna from the store purely for what they consist of. But we missed BBQ dogs, so when we bought these Bison Dogs, we were more than satisfied!!...and we get to have hot dogs again!!
We will definitely be regular customers.
