Went into the Hospital with my Thumb amputated, Dr.Powell seen me in emergency, and with the nurses help did and excellent job of patching me up. dr. Powell was fantastic and was training Dr. Sun.
Could not have gotten better care anywhere. All my pass experiences at Highriver hospital have been great. Caring staff, not long wait times, and professional staff.

Had a hysterectomy October 23rd, from the staff that first hooked me up to the IV, to the staff when I was leaving the next day they were absolutely incredible! All the ladies (and gent) were so kind, responded to my bell calls for water or meds so quickly. This was my first ever hospital stay and I could not be more thankful. I was so scared before my surgery the lady whom I'm assuming was a nurse or aid was so kind, she even brought me coffee after my surgery when I mentioned I was tired. They were just wonderful. This isn't an easy field to work in, so to be so kind like this cannot be easy. 10/10!

Worst experience!! Spent 8 1/2 hours in emergency with my 80 yr old mother. When we arrived there 2 patients waiting. Over 25 patients came and went after we arrived and we were not seen until we were almost the last in the waiting room. Some were there for prescription refill. I understand patients are triaged but this was a blatant case of discrimination and favoritism. They saw the patients who were local first and we were left to the end.

I went in the emergency and I was waiting for more then 2 hours and they are keeping calling the patients who came after me, when I asked them they said we call sick patient first. I think who had kidney transplant and feeling sick for couples days are not serious patient for them. Life threading problem is not serious for them. How cool is that. I really disappointed.

Went in for a colonoscopy and the prep was great. I was given a choice between some pills or drinking a gallon of liquid that taste like dog drool. When the test was done I wasn't put out enough so I did find it a little painful, but the tech that did it was great.

Excellent care. Diagnostic imaging guy “Nick”? Russian type accent - rather emotionless & abrupt, seemed impatient & put out I as a disabled person took a little longer to position myself & have anxiety about CT scans etc. I’ve had before long time ago at HR & techs were excellent. This chap seems irritable and unapproachable. I suppose there’s always one in the bunch right. Excellent care in ER, lab etc.

Went in for a CT. Was greeted promptly and directed straight to our destination within the hospital. We were a bit early over the lunch hour, but we were greeted with a smile and given directions. Scan was quick, if not a bit jar'ing/startling to lay down on/in. No issues, no complaints. Efficiently in and out.
