Their POS was down today, and Laurel was so lovely to deal with, and even while being in a situation that was less than ideal she was efficient and very friendly. (She helped me get some wood pellets!)

Very satisfied with the customer service at this location. I placed an order online and went to the store to pick up. Their computers or printer was down so they couldn’t print the order and I only received three bags of feed when I ordered four. I forgot I ordered four but remembered a few days later and called in about getting my missing bag of feed. Tiffany remembered my order and knew I didn’t receive my complete order and told me I could come in at my convenience to pick up my missing bag. Bonnie helped me at the front and wasn’t very knowledgeable about animal feed and made sure I was taken care of. The selection and customer service at this location was excellent!

I’ve bought my horse feed and mineral here for years, Always great staff but today I seen a new face whether she’s actually new or not I don’t know! Either way “Laurel” she’s great greeted me right away, said she’d be right with me which she was! Very personable staff at this location I enjoy shopping here they seem knowledgeable on what I need when sometimes I don’t even remember the name on the bag of feed lol thx UFA staff for always giving fantastic customer service I will continue to remain a loyal customer

I don't understand. Global News Edmonton talked about the gas savings being close to Costco. We ordered the card. Devon's gas is 12 cents more than Leduc. But UFA was 2cents less than Devon & 10cents more than all of Leduc. Co-op and Costco being the cheapest. Price not posted. Ripped up the card.

Very handy place. I found peanuts being sold as bird seed. Sharing is caring. I bought a bagful and passed on to my friends, now we are all sharing the bird seed. You can do a lot with peanuts including feeding the birds, feed the humans too.

UFA is a well kept farm supply store. The retail staff is usually under-skilled and weak in product knowledge. The yard staff is usually very good, being helpful and professional.

Almost everything in the UFA is 10% to 40% cheaper than the wetaskiwin coop. Same brands same products.This was their regular prices not sale prices. I am going to travel an extra 30 miles to do business with the leduc UFA. In one trip I saved $120 buying only two products. The staff is very friendly and very helpful.
