Absolutely adore this place. Amazing food! Can't get enough of their British favorites as they are also mine! If you ever see their products near you for sale, please give them a try. I assure you that you won't be disappointed. 🙂

Being British myself I guess I am biased but seriously good products. I doubt you'd find better British style pork offerings anywhere else unless you're in the UK. 🙂

With more & more weekends spent at home because of the pandemic we had started "featuring" different countries on one or two weekends every month to explore their traditions & food. To coincide with Victoria Day we opted to go with Britain for the month of May. Irvings Farms offerings fit in perfectly with our weekend! We had tried their sausages before and loved their flavour but have now discovered a few more items that we would definitely buy again. The owner was super helpful with his suggestions which helped our meals stick with what was more traditional to Britain. THANK YOU! (side note - we had already slated Britain for May in our previously planning so the black pudding was bought during the winter market & kept in our freezer).

I lived in the UK from 2010-2012
Ever since then I've loved English cut bacon and full English fry up.
For many years now I have enjoyed Irving's products. I'm always excited to meet the truck as it isn't sold in my area.
Worth the trek every time. My freezer will continue to have your products stocked up.

I discovered Irving Farms through my local British store. I was so excited to find authentic Lincolnshire and Cumberland sausages, and especially thrilled that they were gluten free. The sausages taste absolutely amazing, if this is anything to go by I would absolutely recommend their meat.

First I would like to say that their meats and sausages are great. However, I tried the black pudding and white pudding and was very disappointed. I have been eating both all my life so know what it should be. It needs more seasoning (mace in the black). Both need more scottish oatmeal! It was far too mushy and not flavorful. It certainly was not what I expected. Disappointed.

Outstanding quality pork. We compared bacon from many vendors in the city and these guys came out on top for having a perfect balance of flavor, smoke and seasoning without being over-salted. Their Berkshire porchetta is excellent and exceptionally flavorful. We’ve also tried their Cumberland sausages and have been very impressed. I would highly recommend supporting these guys.

We can't say enough good things about the professional service, and the quality and great taste of the pork products from Irving's Farm.
The staff excel at customer service, and they sell excellent products, long-term.
We first started buying pork products from them about 15 years ago. Since then, many friends have become their customers as well.
Irving's Farm pigs taste different - less fatty, more pork taste, tender (hams that melt in your mouth, for example!), but the biggest thing for me personally is there aren't any hormones or antibiotics in these pork products, and that's VERY rare these days!
I've become extremely sensitive to hormones and antibiotics in foods over the past 25 years or so. So much so that hormones in big chain store pork or beef, for example, triggers nasty hormone (and health) issues in me. I've never had any issues with Irving's Farm pork products.
If you want healthy, great tasting pork products, you owe it to yourself to order a mouth-watering ham (did I mention the hams are INCREDIBLE!), sausages, roasts, and more. Just don't expect to have leftovers for another day 😉

Best place in Edmonton for any Berkshire pork products. Sausages and back bacon excellent quality. Lovely owners, always responsive to online orders or emails etc. Highly recommend.
