A really great shop with a huge variety of fresh meat,butcher shop products, bakery, friendly courteous staff, and a great highway location with room for Big rigs and RV's. Check it out folks.

Love the variety of different cuts of meat they have. They also make their own wieners and bologna that is sooooo good. Don’t forget to get try out their beef jerky. Friendly environment, pretty good prices and always fresh tasting 👌🏻

OMG, small store, but WOW, fresh produce, bread, meat. Custom made meat products. Couple isles of dry goods, frozen foods, SUPER NICE FOLKS, really. Heck I'd be coming here for years if I new about this place. Truck parking on the frontage road, Shell, Esso, Petro, Burger King. I think Viking is Awesome.

Called to drop my deer off. Got asked a thousand questions. In the end he is very fussy about what he accepts. My deer is prestige and he told me to take it else where.

Prices are high for their deli foods. We use to travel to Viking for their dry pepperoni but the recent prices has sent us to the town of Ryley for sausages and meats, best value for sure. The Mundare sausage house is also an excellent meat house and better prices. I can agree that the butcher is well skilled but there are better prices, Viking no more, for us.

The meatballs are by far the best I have ever had. The homemade Bologna is old school and definitely handmade. If you are passing through it is worth the stop. So half old school meat shops are still making a go of it these days.

I love their beef jerky. Theres something just so perfect about small town jerky. Definitely wish i could get some of that same quality here in Wainwright. If it wasn't a 45 minute drive there I'd definitely consider making frequent stops. Overall they had a nice selection given how small they are.
