The beef we just got from Scott and Buffy is truly the best tasting beef we have had for years. We did a blade roast and could not stop eating it. The gravy on bread is the only dessert to indulge in. Today we made hamburgers and again could not stop eating. Simply delicious. Thanks for truly grass fed beef folks.

We recently found Sheppard Creek and wanted to try some sample cuts. Too bad they were out of all but the ground beef, so we ordered 20lbs. of that. This is great product and good value. You get a real lean meat, which doesn't shed water and fat when thawing and cooking. Eating good, natural raised product as much as possible, has become our goal and to top it off it was delivered to our door. Thank you folks!

Buffy and her family produce some of the most wonderful beef! Tons of flavour. Not having to decide what cuts I wanted out of this quarter beef was nice. Opted for the “Bring on the Steak” option. About 1/3 or a bit less of the quarter was ground beef which was great to see. They work with an excellent butcher that maximizes the amount of premium cuts.
I’ve gotten beef from a few other ranches around Alberta and this is some of the best beef I’ve ever had. Very happy to have found this ranch.
They also offer tours throughout the spring/summer.
Ground beef is available year round at an excellent price. Best part is that they beef doesn’t shrink into nothingness when you cook it.

We purchase a side of beef from Sheppard Creek Cattle and hands down making the transition from store bought to a local ranch raised beef has been one of the best food decisions we have made as a family. I have had GRASS-FED BEEF before and it’s been good, this is outstanding! We helped stock some family members freezers and we are constantly getting calls raving about the quality and flavour! Took delivery last week and BBQ'ed a couple of steaks right away. Perfect. Tender, juicy and the flavour is fantastic. Brings back a lot of memories from I was a kid and Dad used to buy a cow from Kadatz's, a pig from Dunkley's and chickens from the Hutterites. Would be called organic noadays. So much better than store bought. Thanks again Scott and Buffy.
