I was a customer over 20 years. Had multiple vehicles insured here. I was looking in obtaining home insurance as well but was poorly helped just for a no answer. Not helpful adjusters. Canceled my policies and went somewhere else and happy I did.

Always short staff and not enough advisors! Difficult to get hold of them as they work remotely. Good place to get better quote for your home and auto though!

Absolutely terrible experience I was a customer for over seven years and they have completely gone down hill in the last 2, never anyone at the office, no one answers local lines, and the people from the call centre are not licensed for Nt so most can’t help and you’ll be bounced from phone to phone with no true answer, I’m extremely disappointed in this company the last few years

Its insurance, not the lowest rates by far, closed at lunch when people use there lunch to visit places like this. It is what it it just ok.
