I'm not one to write a review but what a horrible experience. First I walk in and get instant bad vibes by the guy working who is clearly uninterested in his job. I ask him for a product and he tells me it's out of stock, I tell him I was here 2 hours ago to buy some and they still had 5 in stock, he goes to the back and comes out with the product I asked for. Then he tells me I smell like weed and he can't sell to people who are intoxicated? We are inside of a weed store, the whole store smells like weed. He did end up selling the product to me but I thought that was very odd. I've never had this experience at any other weed store since pot was legalized. Anyway he is clearly to bothered to check for stock so unless I reminded him it was in the back you would've lost a sale. I won't be back due to the way the employee was acting. 830pm Monday September 23rd he needs a course in customer service.

Been here twice, both bad experiences, this is the closest dispensary to my house and i now go across town to the other one. Partially due to A: inventory listing, partial due to B: staff.

A: Most places ive been to have a list of their inventory. i can just walk in, spend two minutes looking down a comprehensive organized list, and make my choice. these guys just have everything splayed out like a flea market with no apparent organizational style and you need to go searching around for stuff. dudes, just give us, a list.

B: Theres a younger guy who works here who gets off at kicking people out if they dont have ID, even if they have full beards and arnt buying anything. ive dealt with the same guy both times ive been. he tries to hide his condescending attitude behind this thiny veiled "Super Professionalism" act but i dont buy it for a second, the way he spoke to me made me want to smack him. and yes yes manager, "It is legally required for us to check the identification of every customer" Blah blah whatever dude, dont bother, shutup, i dont care. ive been denied service by people who arnt douchebags before. defending yourself in the comments of every bad google review isnt going to make your business run smoothly.

Handful of times I've visited this location in Olds they've never had what I'm looking for. Staff have always given the impression they have better things to do with their time than help customers out. The prices aren't as low as they seem to think they are. Don't waste your time get your weed somewhere else.

EDIT: After the manager's response it also looks like they like to blame people for their lack to selection and customer service. I have shopped at other Canna Cabana locations and never experienced these issues.

Absolutely disgusted with the mistreatment towards a customer today. My friend does not consume alcohol nor had he consumed any cannabis and was refused service and asked to leave as the budtender accused him of being impaired. She was very short tempered and rude about it. As a budtender at an independent store myself I stayed to have a few words with her. The gentleman she accused has short attention span due to brain injury and epilepsy. Neither of us will ever be back and he feels very discriminated against. This has never happened anywhere else. I'm embarrassed for this budtender and the store employing her. Wish I could rate no stars!

I have been to some of cana cabana but i have never received such a horrible and disrespectful customer service ever, ‘Toni ‘ has been very rude to me when i tried to buy something from the olds outlet . Never going back there again

Pretty good selection overall here and they offer the loyalty program which makes the prices more reasonable. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes it can get pretty busy so would recommend going at a later or earlier time if possible. I love the infused general admission, tried a different brand of infused and was not happy. Would definitely recommend trying the infused general admission next time you’re here.

I go in there all the time and this time I got a cartridge that spit oil and only lasted a day because it was so terrible quality and clogged up from the moment I opened it. This was the liquid diamond from end game. I went in to get help and they don’t refund of help with anything. I’ve had other carts not work from there and I could barley even get a return for one that worked.
