I normally come to No Frills for the good deals and my PC Points. I was trying to ask our cashier about the no name ramen noodles being 19¢. Well, we were 100% ignored, told "yes it is" instead of listening to the question which was "Is there a way we can price match the case since each pack worked out to 24¢ each." The case ended up ringing in higher at the register than the listed price. Had to wait to get that one confirmed and corrected. The cashier wasn't pleasant and just pushed us through.

Very good deals and great prices. The selection is good and very well maintained store. The staffs are very helpful. Probably the best I've found yet in any store. Easy checkout a d good parking facility as well.

Buying apples that should have been .97$ a pound, girlfriend says "I don't think that's the right price" after the cashier with 1.5 inch long fake purple nails scanned them, "yes, it's the right price, they are on sale" I ask, "what is the price per pound" and the cashier with the fake nails replied "I don't know, go ask the produce manager" I said " it doesn't show up on the till?" she said "no, it will be on the receipt"

Got back to my car and check the receipt sure enough it is over 150% the price it should have been. Go back into the store and the cashier with the long fake nails is asking another cashier about apple prices, so the price she was so confident about to charge me for minutes earlier she was now doubting.

I said "that was the wrong price for the apples, it's .97$ cents a pound so should be under 2.20$ a kg. She grabs them and asks the other cashier with blonde hair "is this not the right price?" "no" she replied.

I said "it would have been nice if you would have checked the price when we asked you instead of telling us to go ask the produce manager" the cashier with long fake nails said "okay" because she knew she was in the wrong, however no apology for her mistake.

The other cashier with blonde hair (who wasn't their when we asked the cashier TWICE while checking out about the price being wrong) butts in and says "you don't need to talk like that, we are refunding you sir" I said "I don't need your spiel, I just need my refund" To which the cashier with long fake nails responded "go get Patryck" and they both threw their hands up and sat their for a few seconds doing nothing. I said "all I said was it would have been nice if she would have checked the price when we asked" and the cashier cut me off and said "we don't need your spiel sir"

Since they wanted Patryck to be involved for a simple comment about the quality of their customer service I'll leave a review of the two cashiers that were on for the morning (8:30-9 am) of September 7, 2024.

I was manager of 40 employees in a customer service (fast food) job and the attitude that the cashiers had over their mistake and not doing their job was disgusting.

I know they both grew up with better customer service than they provide, anyone over the age of 30 can remember when customer service was way higher quality overall than it is today so it's a shame that both those cashiers being old enough to remember good customer service refuse to provide it and look for any reason they can to refuse a refund for their mistake.

It's not bad for a No Frills but could use some improvements. Would be appreciated if the clothing section wasn't centrally located, splitting the grocery aisles and it would be great if they had a dedicated refrigerated/frozen natural foods section – Innisfail's does despite being a smaller store with no clothing section.

Proces are a bit high for some products, but if you keep an eye on the flyers, you can get some deals here and there.
This store doesn't carry large bulk sizes, so it's not a great place for the big monthly stock up, but it is an excellent place for a quick run when you need a few things.
Very clean and bright store, with friendly staff.

Sad there aren't more of these around. I wish there was one closer to me, because the variety of stuff offered is amazing.

Used PC express for several years now with no issues. Had an issue a few weeks ago, complained right away and was promised a refund in the chat. Fine.
Then, a week later, I get an email from loblaws asking for photos of the terrible apples they decided to pawn off on me (plus the ground beef and chicken breast that was expired the same day). Do they not realize I threw the apples out the same day? this isn’t right.

As of March 8, 2024 I still haven’t had contact from the store to resolve this issue. The service at this store is terrible. Even if you have an issue, they wont do anything about it. I will not be shopping at this store again, and I will spread the word.

20 minute wait for the “express” pick up?! After receiving an email at 11 AM that the order is ready to pick up. Got to the store at 11:50 and order was delivered at 12:13!? unacceptable!!
