We had Liam help us in the lumber yard. This incredible young man actually took the time to look for straight pieces of lumber. I wish they had more people like him work in this store

We were in the store today and had a handful of different things we had to get. Stephanie went above and beyond helping with anything and everything we needed. When she wasn’t with us I could hear her recommending her knowledge in other departments. Then while cashing out Robbie wrapped up our trim and super helpful. Thanks for having great employees. It sure makes for a great shopping trip!!!

First off, what the hell happened to all the knowledgeable staff? Lots of new faces that aren’t very willing to help. Was in there last week and it took 5 different staff to even understand what I was looking for.gave up after that.. I’d rather drive the distance to high prairie.

I am going to miss the friendly staff and the banter, you always run into old friends here. There isn't many things they don't have in stocks or would if you ask. Always amazing sales and of course they have Kuraidori products knives, pots and pans as well as kitchen gadgets. Awesome.

I like the selection on most items. The flooring selection is fairly small but other than that it's a decent store. Good people ready to help most of the time. Seems as though they are keeping up with the covid protocols fairly well

Once in awhile ill park in home hardware parking lot on the far side out of the way so i can walk to work from there and enjoy the morning. I also often have to pickup stuff from there after or during work so it helps me not forget. sometimes its nice to just enjoy the morning walk.

Today i was frantically flagged down by a home hardware manager and an employee and informed that i was not welcome there in a very rude manner.

You know your Canadian when you are the one who apologizes out of habit when someone is treating you like crap.

Probably wont enter this store again unless its to ask to speak to whoever is in charge. Very disappointed that this is how this corporation treats members of the community.

I love going here. The staff is very helpful. I always look for Kim. She's a very knowledgeable and helpful person with everything. Kim and Jason helped me price out the cost of rebuilding my deck. 👍
