We ordered four of the standard version festive feast. Two turkey and Two ham. The amount of food was double what the four of ate (lots of leftovers). The instructions were perfect. The only thing was that the turkey and dressing were not separated (in case the orders weren’t going to same place. Excellent promotion, delicious meal and will definitely order again.

Came from Squamish BC and cater every year for Christmas . First time using the Sawmill and I must say , I will using Paul every year moving forward . Top notch service , communication and amazing food ! Took it right out of the oven when I pick it up!

Ordering the Sawmill Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners has become a tradition for us the years that we are in town. It’s such a treat to have a gourmet, multi-course meal ready to go. The heating instructions are always super thorough, and we always have more than enough food. It’s wonderful for us since we have a mix of dietary preferences in our household the vegan meals they offer make it so everyone had a suitable meal and nobody had to sacrifice quality of flavour. It’s evident that so much thought and care goes into developing the menus, and preparing the food. Treat yourself and order Sawmill holiday feasts for your next holiday dinner, it’s so worth it!

Ordered a gluten free feast for 7 this Thanksgiving and was extremely pleased. There was enough food for all 7 and we got left overs, not counting the soup (it was so good) that we left for lunch the next day. Really liked the pumpkin pie in a jar, so nice to enjoy that without worry of gluten. I can easily see us do this again even when it is only 3 or 4 people. The ease and time saving is worth it, plus that gravy has to be the best gravy I have ever had. Only suggestion I would have is that there should be an double meat option since we ran out of that before the other left overs. Really great job and Paul's customer service really is top notch.

Ordered a Thanksgiving Dinner for Three from Paul. So much variety and large portions. It was a fabulous dinner … spinach salad, carrot bisque, turkey, stuffing, perogies, roasted vegetables, yams with marshmallows, pumpkin cheesecake, biscuits, all the fixings and all very neatly packaged and labelled. Such a treat!! Everything was delicious!! Definitely doing again and again!!! Was such a great dinner with so much variety!!

Paul Doucette was for me what Santa is to Christmas!!! My plans changed and I could not make it from Calgary to Edmonton for Christmas and looked around to order a Christmas meal for my partner just 3 days prior to the big day. Paul accepted my order, was incredibly kind and my partner said the food was delicious and had plenty of leftovers.
Love how it was packed and not just dumped all together like ours was from the caterer in Calgary.

With family from out of town, I didn't want to be stuck in the kitchen cooking Thanksgiving Dinner. I chose to go with Sawmill Catering because of its reputation and my personal experience with this company. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed every course and had leftovers. Starting with soup and salad, an amazing entree and finishing our meal with a wonderful dessert.

We had the pleasure of working with Paul and the team at Sawmill Banquet and Catering Services for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.

The menu tasting was such a nice way to try some of the amazing food and confidently solidify our final selection. The food was incredible, with a great variety of options, including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan dishes (which was important for our guestlist). All our guests were stoked about the quality and flavour!

The butler service added an elegant touch to our big day—we made sure to have our live music performers and the butler service occur simultaneously, which was a hit. One butler even accompanied us during part of our photos to make sure we were taken care of!

Paul was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly responsive, answering emails rapidly and always making us feel like we were in good hands.

Overall, the service, quality, and attention to detail were exceptional. Everything was perfect on our big day, and we’re so grateful to Paul and his team for making it all happen. Highly recommend Sawmill Banquet and Catering Services!
