Wilhauk WEM came in with five GOLD stars for me the other day! I usually shop Spruce Grove but their kiosk saved me an extra stop once again being that I was already at the mall touring a friend Texas. It was the perfect healthy snack for our crew that day, bought gifts to send back with her AND a few things for our bbq on the weekend! The people are always so friendly and I am proud of how they are FIRST CLASS ambassadors when showing off our beautiful part of Alberta to my guests from out of town. Great products. Great people. Highly recommend! We got the beef jerky and hot pepperoni and jalepeno & cheddar pepperoni. All were perfectly spiced. Happy to find this location at WEM. I have recommended Wilhauk on my FB foodie site - Dishn’ It Out! ☺️

Tired this today. Paid 74.32 I wasn't impressed at all..beef jerky is extremely salty and pepperoni sticks had zero flavor way to much spice or whatever heat they used in them. Also bought the Caramel twist. They are extremely Stale and hard as a rock. I've had better beef jerky and pepperoni sticks. I won't be back.

I don’t visit this location often (hate the mall) but the Wilhauk Beef Jerky Kiosk is my go to for that quick on the go snack to help with any “hangry” moments of shopping.

It’s not enough to just have a good product. Sometimes customer keeps on coming back because of the great customer service you have.

This is the 4th time today I went to this location, same employee I encountered in those visit. I usually stopped by around 7:30ish M,T and F. Tbh, I don’t mind your staff having their AirPods on. Working at mall with no music is ridiculously boring I get it. But hearing and seeing them talking with their AirPods while I am waiting in front of the till not even hearing a single HI or HELLO from her when she noticed that I’m standing in front of her. That is extremely rude. Not even asking “what can I get for you?” I just said 40$ jerky then she will cut me with $40 even. That’s it!! What if I want pepperoni? Or sausage? No sales talk Or suggestive selling? Why are your employees are incompetent! She don’t even know how to smile always with a blank face on! No thank you or have a good day

2nd time coming here and both times two different attendants were extremely rude and have zero people skills. No hello, no thank you, NPC lifeless bots working the till. Both times they were studying or doing something on their phone. When I was waiting for service she looked up and looked extremely annoyed like I was interrupting her. This was today Asian chick. Last time was a blonde white girl. Where are they finding these workers? Not ever coming back, although the jerky is not bad I would have been a regular here. Better service at a vending machine!
