Super friendly staff. Great selection for dog and cat food! I like how it's a pet shop and hobby shop. You can find all kinds of fun stuff inside! Including guns, games, toys, cool socks and more!

Over-priced and when asked why the dog food was so much when it's priced almost 70$ cheaper in Lethbridge, she told me to drive to Lethbridge then Very rude and could use some training on etiquette and customer service!! Do not recommend this pet store!! The store owner has made it right and I can't hold her accountable for something one of her employees has done. I also can come across as intimidating naturally and I don't intend too. So I apologize for my review and I hope to see you soon. Thank you so much for responding so quickly unlike me lol.

This little store has awesome , friendly , helpful service. Very knowledgeable staff and quality products and foods. A wonderful family run pet shop! They are very knowledgeable on animal nutrition and provide a wide range of food and treats for your pets! We only buy our dogs food from Pincher Pets!
