We spent 2 nights here for a hockey tournament. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Pool was a blast; team was waterlogged by the end of the weekend. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Located was perfect and could walk across the lot to Tim’s and BP’s.

I am currently staying at this hotel and it is one of the best hotels that I have stayed at. I am here for work at long periods of time and the staff goes above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

I also stayed here last year And I don’t think I can stay at any other hotel in Rocky Mountain House because I’m treated so well here.

The breakfast every morning is different and the beds and rooms are made every single day. The amenities are stocked all the time. I just thought I would leave a really good review because every worker in this place deserves to be recognized for the good job that they do.

I was actually impressed. Rooms were very clean, comfy beds and pillows, pool was small but kids had fun. It was quiet. The breakfast had good options and was clean and maintained all morning.

Very comfortable hotel, and clean. Nice breakfast. Hey, did you hear about the Legend of the Waffle Man? No? Did you know that if you push down too hard on the waffle batter spigot where it says "PUSH", the whole spigot can detach, spilling a flood of waffle batter everywhere! I won't do that again! But I want to give a big shout-out to breakfast room attendant Tawnie! She was calm through the batter mess and was very kind to this mess maker. Thank you, Tawnie!

Were there for a family event and couldn't have been more pleased about our stay. From booking (directly by phone) to checkout, the staff was friendly, prompt and very helpful & accommodating. Quiet, clean and modern (fresh), the amenities were on point and consistent with Best Western brand. Didn't spend much time in the room, but the sleep was quiet and comfortable. Pillows were a little lofty for sleeping but great for lounging and sitting up relaxing. Would definitely stay there again when coming to the Rocky Mtn House area. Very happy. Well worth it.

Staff were surely friendly and accommodating, the building is old but still keep it's gems of being clean and up to date when it comes to facade. Complimentary breakfast is really nice and the breakfast person make sure that all items were toped up. Front desk people were really friendly and efficient and both check in and check out were such a breeze. Pool was really enjoyed by the little ones.
