The ladies at the store front hallway helpful.
I had a we had a chance to speak to the man to do with the washers and dryer.
Our main reason was to speak to someone about kitchen cabinets.
We were told Andrew could help us, at the time he was on the phone, we stood back till he was done, another man came in with coffee for the staff, again we wanted for him to acknowledge us when he did he says well watering for you to come in,when we did I said we are looking to replace our kitchen cabinets he says So and so will be in tomorrow...we were dismissed he didn't take my number our names or set a a time... we were a little put off as you would think compared to others that work there hallway helpful no matter what we are there for .

Coming from a large city, my first impression of the store was...well...smaller. Accustomed to Home Depot and Lowe's stores, I feared my experience would be less than ideal.

Very first visit I was approached by John. Within minutes I was able to understand what people were saying regarding the personal and friendly experiences that some small towns offer and I looked forward to shopping there again.

Years later, I have not visited a big box store. Staff members, with a special shout-out to Rob, Drew and Brad have convinced me that while bigger stores have more on the shelves, stores such as this one have so much more to offer.

I trust them. I know if I have a problem, they will go out of their way to help. Good people.

We are frequent shoppers and always get great personalized service, however we recently spent $15,000 on a new large deck. Our contractor bought brown pressure treated lumber at Wilson’s. After one winter the wood was bleached, cracked, and warped. After 2 winters I am guessing that I will have 600 square feet of very expensive firewood.

Friendliest service. Organized and super fast delivery. Ordered a lawn tractor and 3 days later it was 200$ cheaper so I called in and was given the discount right away back on my credit card.

I was in this afternoon (Oct 13th 2022).
I dealt with two ladies at your Customer Service counter.
I was asking about the Benchmark cordless reciprocating saw. After a through check the only one available was in a combo box.
The ladies noticed that the product was on sale last week and gave it to me at that price. It ment a 50 dollar savings plus the tax for myself. Long story short but the ladies I dealt with were very kind and patient.
