Visited the store today for first time to purchase multiple meat products. I found the products very impressive regarding selection and visual quality. The store coolers, displays and layout is 5 star. Prices seemed fair compared to other retail options and cheaper in some cases with sale prices. We purchased prime rib roasts and sausage product today, the roasts look amazing here at home.

***The women that served my wife and I made us feel quite unwelcome and she was very short when we asked to look at products, advice or ask questions. This part of our first time experience at the store was very disappointing. We may think twice on returning with this type of staff in place. Staff are the front end of your business and very important when greeting and serving customers.

I am giving FVM a 3 star only because of her attitude otherwise it would have been 5 star.

So happy with these guys! They live in the neighbourhood and so I feel very lucky to have them so close. Their product is worth the price of their goods. The meats are wonderful and it is great to have a "gourmet" store where you might find great Christmas gifts for foodies! Enjoy! I do.

Today I purchased pork sirloin steaks and skin on chicken thighs and ate both for lunch. Less than $2.50 for both.

I was always a costco shopper for my meat, mainly because of the price.
I just happened to call Fraser Valley Meats today to ask there price on a specific type of beef.
I Was pleasantly surprised to have them actually beat costco price.
I would much rather support a local business than a big box store.

Best butcher store anywhere, hands down. We travel from Maple Ridge to purchase their products. The quality of proteins are 10/10 and the staff are very knowledgeable mature adults who know their products. Great product and excellent pricing and nice people. Their pork and 63 Acres beef are to die for.

This is a new meat store in Abbotsford that offers a wide variety of meat, bead and speciality items.
Every Tuesday is seniors day with 10% off nonspecial items.
The shop is neat new and clean with easy parking and access.
We recently ordered two trip steaks as they do not normally carry this item but were more then happy to bring them in for us.
We marinated one today with what was in the fridge and decided to put it on the BBQ tonight.
I seared in on both sides for about six minutes aside and then baked it indirect at 350 for about an hour.
When my cheapie meat thermometer showed between 130-140 we removed it and let it rest for ten minutes.
My wife sliced it across the grain at about 3/16" at it was fabulous!
We had Ceasar salad and garlic toast paired with Lakeside Cellars Cabernet Franc and totally enjoyed a cheap cut of meat done right!
