The nicest people and varieties of beautiful plants in this farm. Although skytrain station is being built here, many plants and flowers are still available for sale. Spring is coming so get ready to come here and they said they'll be ready for it! Love the place and please support our local businesses!

I spent almost 2 hours exploring this amazing plant nursery. It's like a maze in there! They have a HUGE variety of indoor and outdoor plants, but it's a little disorganized in some places so you need to take your time. The prices are pretty affordable compared to other nurseries and big box stores.

Some of the plants look a bit worse for wear but so far all my plants have recovered and no pests.

They have a lot of succulents, pothos, philodendrons, jade plants, trailing plants, palms, dracenas etc almost all kept outside in the greenhouse or under full sun.

Definitely check this place out it's filled with hidden treasures!

The farm sells a wide variety of plants. There are not only various ornamental plants, but also fruit and vegetable seedlings. The boss here is very kind. He would like to share his planting experience with his customers. You can also buy all kinds of fertilizers and seeds here. I bought a cherry tree and an apple tree here, and now they are 5 years old and growing very well. But my fig tree froze to death in the winter. Every year I buy some vegetable seedlings and plant them in my backyard. My whole family likes this farm very much.

I recently visited Ben’s Farm and Garden Centre with the expectation of enjoying a pleasant shopping experience. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by the extremely rude behavior of the staff.
When I approached an employee for help finding a specific plant, I was met with a dismissive attitude and curt responses. It was clear that she was not interested in helping me and were annoyed by my questions.
This lack of basic customer service skills was very disappointing. Shopping for garden supplies should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff made it anything but that.
In conclusion, while the selection of plants and gardening supplies is decent, the poor customer service makes it difficult to recommend this place. I hope management takes steps to address these issues so that future customers have a better experience.

I have visited this place before and thought it was decent. But today's experience left a bad taste. The owner/ staff clearly do not know the basics of customer service. I picked out a plant which sat right under a sign that said $14 but at check out they insisted it was $18 and that "someone" had moved it to the wrong place. First of all, since it wasn't my fault that it had been moved, I would expect the price to be honoured. Second, I would expect a polite apology and some courtesy if they were unable to honour it. That combined with the fact that only their seasonal section is fresh and healthy while everything else is withered makes this my last visit. There are plenty of options in the neighborhood that are much better.
