I always appreciate a good veterinarian who spends the time to answer any and all questions. The whole staff is wonderful and to the point when super busy. We have livestock too and I am so happy they can also do livestock. Above par for our small community. !00% compassionate care for euthanasia, 100% non judgemental care for when I bring an animal in for things I regard emergency or necessary but I'm just overreactive mum. Spends the time explaining whatever needs to be explained clearly.

Great clinic! We got our little Nerka 4 months ago and brought her in for the first check up and vaccinations. Everyone was very friendly and great with our kitten and answered our questions to the best of their knowledge. She has an odd lump that we were concerned about although no behaviour or physical issues and they recommended checking it via x-ray with no pressure at all but as an option. The x-ray alleviated our concerns although could not provide concrete answers. She went in for her spay appointment today and came home happy as a clam. Even though the clinic was super busy the techs and vet both took their time to answer our questions and provide thorough after procedure advice.
They do not have access to all the services possible but that is a lot to ask of a small town anyways! Very happy with the three visits we have had over the last few months and definitely trust these ladies for future appointments and check ups! Prices for the services seemed reasonable and very happy to have this place accessible as we live an hour outside of town.

Just an amazing veterinary practice. We had an emergency with one of our dogs having a tussle with a bear today. The service we received was fantastic. Our dog is doing well and was not freaked out by his experience with the vets at all. So caring and compassionate. We are so lucky to have this practice looking after our fur family.

They treated my Japanese chin here back in 2019 and even when my puppy passed away, they still checked on her to see what really happened. After a week they sent us condolence card. Very thoughtful and caring staff!! We still have that card. We kept it for a memory to our little Tootsie ❤️❤️

Sassy is happy camper but a bit more struggle with splint this week...Resting well hopefully on her way to a gr8 recovery Thank You to Burns Lake Veterinary clinic. This place doesn't price-gouge, are so friendly and knowledgeable, kind and caring, and have helped me countless times when I've phoned or texted just needing advice on what I should do and if I'm unsure if I need to come in, or gave me advice when I couldnt come in.
