Hi!!!
I'm a medically retired Paramedic who averaged 80 - 100 hours a week beginning in the 80' s. I became better as we literally used to tell the Dr.s patients are dying entouré to Emergency because we weren't insured/ certified in intubation, I.V. therapy. I'm from Saskatchewan and a round trip could be 3 hours plus... but I also paid a heavy price. The stretchers weighed 94 pounds alone. The old cargo vans were 35 inches to the ledge. Add rarely seen elevators and the need to do a over the head press at each landing due to tight corners. So I began to have injury after injury...knees mostly but the back was huge when I began dealing with torn vertebrae and miniskis . Anyone who deals with workplace injuries know that you get ONE rehabilitation program and then it's 16 week Short term disability and ineffective rehab. I began with tens, stretching and working those areas harder than ever. I was benching 350 had 17 inch biceps and a 44 inch chest.... yet I couldn't get dressed some days..I would cry out when a bone splinter caught in my medial knee.... locking up or my back would feel like you were walking with a knife between the skeletal system. I had to put my foot in place carefully as I couldn't feel my leg/ legs/ back except for the synapses carrying pain!!!
To shorten the story I wandered to the Farmers market and spoke to a lady who s|eemed to understand what clean deoxygenated diffuser blood does for and to the cells and nuclei. I spent 25 years learning the hard way and I have found half or more of the cure! I added a new form of massage to recycle blood without blood letting lol ... but Haskap Juice is a antioxidant, helps improve your circulation etc. imagine the benefit of warmed deoxygenated blood being directed to the bruises, old fractures and things like headaches and stomach issues. My Granddaughter and parents are coming tomorrow to pick up a new supply. My little Darling had painful tummy issues and her Daddy has a huge battle.

Had a wonderful experience! They are super organized and had us picking mouth-watering, pop in your mouth haskap berries in moments. Each bush was loaded with ripe berries and made picking a breeze. My toddler had a blast and considering she ate her weight in berries, the price was very fair. 😁

Hasberry Farms Hascap U-pick did not disappoint. Their Aurora hascaps that I picked today are so delicious. I can’t wait to go back for more.
