If you're a gardener or garden enthusiast spending a morning or afternoon at the Outback nursery is just plain fun.
Over the last couple of years the Outback has grown into what I think is the best nursery in the Comox Valley. The prices are reasonable without being exorbitant.
I started going to the Outback about 7 to 8 years ago.
Their experienced staff are very helpful, courteous and yes friendly!

This nursery has a great deal of plants, shrubs, trees, etc., The staff take their time to be helpful! I don’t think I’ve ever gone to the Outback and just picked up a few things. It is my intention. If you get excited about plants, you’re bound to come home with so much more because their pricing is fair. So it’s a good experience all around and it’s fun going to my favourite nursery.

Completely helpful and service-oriented. Had an excellent selection of healthy, large trees at good prices. Answered all of my questions with good knowledge, gave helpful advice, and were genuinely interested in my trees doing well. Packed them in my truck really well. A little understaffed when I was there, but I own a business and understand that's why their prices are reasonable. I will come back here next time I'm landscaping!
