Friendly staff, lovely animals that you can touch and feed, and more importantly clean. It’s not easy to find a clean animal farm that doesn’t smell. They care about their herds and keep everything neat. Totally worth the time and money. There’s a compact and cozy greenhouse there too but we couldn’t grab anything cuz we were on bikes. We cycled from departure bay to this place. be mindful not to pick the route beside the highway while you’re in the city. Google maps is hideous. If you pick a longer track passing by the beach you’ll enjoy the scenery to the place too.

This weekend, we had the pleasure of hosting an event for the Canucks Autism Network at Superior Farms, and we can’t say enough good things about the experience!

The team went above and beyond to create a welcoming atmosphere filled with engaging activities, not just limited to interacting with the farm animals. Their communication was excellent, and they ensured that all our participants had an inclusive and enjoyable time.

We highly recommend Superior Farms to anyone seeking a fun outing. The gift shop is beautiful, the plant area offers lovely options, and meeting and petting the animals is a delightful experience!

Amazing farm experience for the whole family, very peaceful location, lots of parking, the cutest mini animals, and very caring team.
In addition to individual visits to the farm, we also had great experience having school gathering for kids and parents - organized with events teams. While parents were socializing in the greenhouse setup, kids played games, sports and had a bit of educational fun activity with the animals - everyone loved it!
And the concert organized during summer - was a different occasion to visit the farm - as well overall great experience!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! From the animals to the shop! The Summer and Winter Events are always magical. This is a must on your list of things to do on Vancouver Island The support they give to our community with food trucks, artisans and other local business' is Incredibe.

Great farm. My 3yo old son loved it and spent 2 hours and because they were closing, otherwise he woule have stayed longer.

He really like that he pet pretty much all the animals, except the big ones. Usually you can only pet goats and bunnies. He liked the pigs and spent so much time with them. Great little farm.

Spent an early “Mother’s Day” with my mum , had a lovely time picking from their pristine flowers and herbs.. and all their stunning hanging baskets! … not to mention they have a beautiful gift shop loaded with a massive variety of styles and price ranges - also fun stuff for kids ..

We also spent time in the petter farm side admiring all the happy mini animals 😻❤️

Plan to spend at least two hours here 🙂

We had a wonderful time at Superior Farms! The major difference here was that you actually get to pet the animals! Donkeys, pigs, goats, sheep, cows, rabbits, and more! The staff were all so friendly, and our whole family really enjoyed the experience.
