Was having an issue with a bearded dragon that I was babysitting and couldn’t get ahold of the owner of beardie. Called up the Reptile room and Amber was more than happy to give me some really helpful information that set my mind at ease and made me know it was nothing I was doing wrong. Eric is always willing to answer any questions I have about my snakes. And their classes are super affordable. The owners were very helpful in helping my daughter choose a snake. We ended up buying a roughly year old ball python. She named her "Chungus Mungus", and she's doing great! They have all the accessories to properly care for, explain everything, and even have a workshop for beginners. Nice place, very pleased...

Eric and Amber at The Reptile Room are absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel right at home with their warm and welcoming personalities. Over a year ago, I took one of their courses to learn more about geckos and how to properly care for them, and purchased a crested gecko from them. I’m so glad I did! The course was incredibly informative and gave me a deeper understanding of crested geckos, their natural behaviors, and the best care practices. They explained everything from habitat setup to feeding and handling, ensuring I felt confident and prepared to care for my new pet. It was an experience that went far beyond what you'd find in a standard pet store, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone new to reptiles.

The Reptile Room also offers a great selection of bioactive supplies, and their commitment to education is evident in everything they do. Their prices are good, and they carry a fantastic range of plants and supplies, making it easy to create a healthy, thriving environment for your reptiles. If I ever have questions, Eric and Amber are always ready to lend their expertise. Amber is the sweetest, most friendly woman you could meet, and Eric’s humor is always a highlight of every visit. If you ever need a creative reptile name, he’s definitely the guy to ask—he’s full of fun ideas!

The Reptile Room is such a special place, and their amazing volunteers and staff make each visit even better. It’s clear that they’re passionate about reptiles and truly care about their customers’ success in reptile care. If you haven’t checked them out yet, do yourself a favor and visit! I can confidently say it’s a 100/10 experience every time!

The staff are super friendly and informative. Their animal-specific classes are great, especially if you're on the fence about a species. We have gotten both our tegu and children's python from them; I always send people their way whenever I can

Awesomely knowledgeable and welcoming staff! Amber helped me pick out my first snake and took the time to patiently explain the basics of each kind that they had in store. I was there for a long time (on a weekend), totally in love and indecisive with which one to get. I did not feel pressured whatsoever with purchasing, and Amber allowed me to hold and meet a bunch of them. They offer budget friendly options for used tanks, and custom builds for bioactive enclosures. I walked out happy with a new snake, and everything I needed to make her home a happy one.
