Continually amazed by the customer service. The fromt counter guys and gals are great. The inside sales team is super knowledgeable and helpful. Clayton is an absolute legend and stayed late to put a big emergency material order together for me which changed my day around in a big way.! It's great to have a company like Southern in the valley.

Came in on a Friday at 430 with a handful of parts that had nothing to do with irrigation and the front counter team worked with me to find the suitable pieces to finish my project. Highly knowledgeable staff, excellent selection of parts for much more than just watering your garden!

This place was non stop busy! Lots of knowledgeable men and women at the counter, This store probably caters more to larger/industrial industry ,but they were totally helpful even though I only went in for a handful of (difficult to find) fittings . Excellent place

Pretty hard to beat this place. It’s like the men’s version of Sephora : ) every time I go there I get nothing but absolute top notch service from everyone. Very professional, knowledgeable employees, good prices and a huge selection. Chris and I have designed a watering system for my vegetable garden that is incredible. He’s the type of employee that makes sure I leave with all the parts I’ll need so I do not have to make a bunch of trips back and forth, pretty amazing as time is so valuable these days. It’s inspiring to have such a great family business that started in our community. I’m extremely proud of their success and I wouldn’t expect anything less from them. Outstanding service with positive attitude. I walked in with an idea and some understanding of the mechanics how my irrigation system should work. Hannah was able to visualize my idea and without skipping a beat built the system exactly how I envisioned it.
Once I returned home and assembled everything the system worked flawlessly and I had zero parts left. You guys are good, and Hannah is a PRO!!!
