My grandmother’s 80th birthday is over the weekend and my father really wanted to get her flowers as something special. We all live apart from each other, my dad and I both living in alberta, so I was unsure when I initially called to see if the ladies could help me with ordering a bouquet over the phone.

The lady kindly and patiently worked with me over the phone to customize a bouquet with what they had available due to being sold out and waiting on shipment for a lot of things, and were able to work out every bit and detail I needed to get these flowers delivered to my grandmother even while we couldn’t be with her. They got everything assembled and delivered in the span of 2 hours!!

The Flower Hut was incredibly polite and overall made the entire experience super easy. Thank you ladies!! 10/10 (she loved her flowers!! photo courtesy of my grandma.)

The prices are incredible high and the quality is nothing better than Safeway. Don't recommend. I bought flowers for my engagement payed around 700 for them and the quality was horrible. Fully disappointed. If you want good flowers and one third of the price they have, go to Safeway

Prices are very high. Died within a couple of days. Safeway is a better option for the wallet. Wish shopping local for flowers was slightly better priced.

I have been ordering flowers for my mom for quite some years now. This year I wanted to send my mom a nice Christmas bouquet. I usually pick the deal of the day but this time I went with an actually Christmas bouquet. I picked the deluxe version this time. It was roughly $90 after taxes. Well, this bouquet was anything but deluxe. At first, it made me very sad to see what my mom actually got and then I was upset that I paid $90 for something that looked nothing like what I paid for. I called the store, and explained to them the situation and how upset I was at the flowers my mom received for what I paid. I sent a picture of what I ordered and they agreed that what she got looked nothing like what I ordered. They however did mention that the pictures shown are actually displayed with all the flowers to the front of the picture, which I found strange but sure. In any event, they immediately said they would rectify the situation and send her new flowers the next morning. I assumed they would put a little bit more thought into the new bouquet they were going to send her. She received her new flowers within 45 minutes. My mom then sent me another picture of the flowers she received. Again, it didn't even look close to what I paid for. By this point, I didn't feel like calling the store to complain again as it was a couple days before Christmas and I just didn't feel like having another negative discussion about it. Anyway, she ended up getting two bouquets which I guess would have been worth the $90 together but the first bouquet definitely wasn't. I've attached a picture of what I ordered and pictures of what she was sent for reference. The one beside the website picture was the first bouquet she got. the third picture is the re-do. I just want people to be aware that what you see online is not necessarily what you are going to get for what you pay. Next time I will have my Dad go and pick something out on my behalf rather than order online.

I ordered flowers for my wedding and she was closed never even called me or nothing i had no flowers for my wedding and still almost 2 weeks later has not responded pooooor service don't order from here u will be disappointed when u have no flowers

Ordered on Monday to be delivered on Wednesday and not delivered. Their excuse was they had no fresh flowers. Suppose to be delivered today Thursday so will see. Going to Safeway next time. They didn’t even apologize for the mistake and their flowers aren’t cheap.
