We were staying at the Grand Forks Inn across the street and had to get a quick breakfast so we walked across the street to the supermarket and I must say it's very clean, great prices it happens to be a President's choice Loblaws store which I like very much. The staff are very friendly and it's got a wide variety of everything you need even household items. Better prices than the local save on in town.

As a business owner. I wish I had better options in Grand Forks. Ever since Extra Foods has been changed to No frills I will go in to get groceries for our coffee shop and they will be out of most items I need. I once waited an entire month for summer sausage. Their milk section is poorly rotated so all that is left is milk expiring in 3 days. And they are regularly out of cream. Simran, there are Business in town that depend on this grocery store. These things need to be taken care of. I gave a 3 out of 5 because the staff are awesome, friendly and help out as much as they can!

You want excellent produce and products that are not going to empty your wallet. Shop at no frills the president product and no name products are fantastic. I'm very pleased with there meat department as well 😁

What a difference a year makes!
This is what I wrote back then with a 3 out of 5 rating: "Very difficult to find what you want during the renovation work. Some prices are incredibly high."
Now, in Feb 2025, I can easily say they are my go to grocery store for a lot of items when I can't buy them from local growers and artisans, including the KVFC food co-op.
