1000% DISAPPOINTED. Ordered a Christmas birthday arrangement (expecting to get similar to pic as advertised on website with red, green, golds, pine cones) and instead got a horribly cheap grocery store special with oranges and pink carnations. In December?!?! Never again. After sharing this story I hear many others will never use them again. Wish I had known this before!

Called from out of town and wasn’t aware of the extent of the flooding in grand forks. They still managed to make a beautiful bouquet and delivered it to my mom before mother’s day despite the shop being evacuated!
