So this just happened !

Dear customer service team, I am writing to inform you about a traumatic incident that occurred while I was eating one of your products. I purchased 4 of the 3 meat Casa Mia pizzas that were on sale on Friday, August 16th, 2024. My husband and I were having dinner at 6:15pm when I suddenly felt something hard and bitter in my mouth. To my horror, I discovered that it was a screw that had come out of the pizza. I am deeply traumatized by this experience and cannot explain how it could have happened. This is a serious matter as it could be a choking hazard for children or even lead to a tragic accident. I hope you will take immediate action to remove these pizzas from your shelves and investigate how this could have happened. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to contact my lawyer and also reach out to media outlets to bring attention to this matter. I hope to hear back from you soon with a resolution to this disturbing incident. Sincerely, a disgusted customer

Your pizzas are great for the price point. But the rising crust pizza is just way too much bread man.

An inch less dough would be perfect.
The casa di mama’s you make are a good starting point.
The pizza doesn’t need 2 inches of bread.

Shipping/Receiving are not professional. They will waste your time for stupid reasons. Will ask for unnecessary amount of loadbars & straps.
Don’t bother coming to this place!! Worst experience ever

Review of the product they make, not of a visit here. Their product is about average as far as frozen pizzas go. I have had issues with the packaging that it comes wrapped in, but that's small potatoes. Side-by-side comparison to Delissio, Dr.Oetker's Giuseppe rising crust pizzas are about equal. From one batch to the next, sometimes they fare better, sometimes they disappoint slightly, I don't know if it's a change on ingredients or suppliers or what, but I bring home 4 or 5 at a time, and it takes about 2wks per pizza to run them out, then go buy more at the store, and find out that they have less sauce, or a different pepperoni, or even one time, my rising crust didn't rise, despite me doing nothing different than I usually do to prepare one. When you can get them on sale for 4bucks, it's hard to complain about them, but I wouldn't want to pay (some) grocery store's full price (7.99) for what you get.

This particular pizza was spinach and cheese. It was visually fresh looking ..the cheese was plentiful and evenly distributed, the spinach could not have been fresher. Delicious!
