Une belle ambiance et de très bon vins. Nous avons fait une dégustation avec Ash et il était très intéressant. Vous testez des vins avec une vue magnifique. Les vins étaient délicieux. Je recommande à tous !

Great atmosphere and very good wines. We did a tasting with Ash and he was very interesting. You taste wines with a great view. The wines were delicious. I'd recommend it to anyone!

We had our wedding ceremony at Privato, and we could not recommend it more! The venue is beautiful, with lush gardens of flowers, beautiful buildings, trees, and more. The staff were easy to work with and quick to respond to emails! They had a room that we used to get into our dresses and a space away from the ceremony/guest location for my husband and I to have a private “first look” and exchange personal vows. All of our photos turned out so beautiful, and it is mostly thanks to this incredible venue! They allowed us to stay in the gardens after our ceremony to take photos with family and the wedding party. They even let our 2 dogs be a part of the ceremony and photos! Privato provided wine barrels for us to use as/for decorations, and they closed the garden area to the public for the entire day on our wedding day. We were allowed to have a full rehearsal and set up our chairs, archway, and decorations the day before. We also dropped our artificial bouquets and all dresses off to hang up in the locked room that day, which took a huge stress off our shoulders for the wedding day! So many guests complimented the venue and couldn’t believe how gorgeous it was. I have included some photos from the day at Privato. We would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a wedding venue!

A delightful vineyard just a short drive from town, offering wonderful wine and cider. Tastings start at $10, depending on your selection. The overall experience and atmosphere are truly fantastic—highly recommend! 🍷🌾

We had a wonderful afternoon at Privato Vineyard / Woodward Cider.

The garden was fabulous, luckily with an abundance of shadowy places under the trees. The live music from Dale Generaux was fitting and a beautiful performance overall.

The winetasting, done by enthousiastic and knowledgeable Emilia, was a pleasant and fun experience, and we learned something about wine in general too.

We highly recommend this place, it's a perfect place to spend a morning/afternoon at Privato!

Brought my out-of-town guests to Privato to show them one of our favourite spots. It was close to closing time but Joanne took us for a wine tasting even when the other staff declined. She was so friendly and recommended a great bottle to go with our risotto dinner. Ended up walking away with a few bottles. Thanks Joanne!

Excellent winery. A green oasis amid the dry hillsides. We arrived mid-afternoon on a 100⁰F Friday and it was busy in the tasting room but mostly quiet outside and pleasantly cool in the shade of the trees with our dogs. We enjoyed 2 tasting menus and a picnic basket charcuterie tray. Candace and team looked after us and answered our questions. Worth the drive!

Be careful with Google Maps directions when driving South along Highway 5. Don't take the Westsyde Road exit as Google may misdirect. Stay on 5 and take the McLure Ferry Road.
