Love this place. The pizzas are unbelievably good and the staff are very friendly. The guy from Australia is an absolute legend. The cider is also always good.

Yummy cider and always fun flavors to choose from to have a flight. And they have lots of gluten-free options! Including gluten-free Fried Chicken which is delicious and crispy! They also have gluten-free pizzas and crackers to go with their charcuterie boards! Lots of options! They also have beer for people that don't like cider.

Absolutely the worst dining experience I've ever had! If you're planning to eat with more than one person, DO NOT go here. The service is beyond terrible. We ordered a pizza and a chicken burger—simple, right? Well, they brought the pizza after 5 minutes, and then we waited a ridiculous 20 more minutes for the chicken burger! By the time the second dish came, the first one was cold.

When we politely mentioned the issue, we were met with an unbelievably rude response. They actually told us, "This isn’t a restaurant; it’s a Cidery." What kind of excuse is that? If you can't handle serving food properly, don't offer it! Completely unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
One star is so high rate for them!

Anytime we have family or friends visiting from out of town we always bring them to Upside Cider. You'll love it!

I ordered a cider sampler includes four types of cider. I like the TROPICAL PEAR. Well balanced and smooth. Food is amazing. Apple prosciutto pizza MUST TRY! Definitely recommend it to anyone who visit Kelowna. You will like it

Semi-regular customer to Upside and I absolutely love this place. Definitely in my top 3 spots in Kelowna. Excellent place to take people who aren’t from here if you don’t want to do the classic winery or downtown scene. Dog friendly so we bring our dogs here and lots of other people do too. If you don’t like dogs where they aren’t usually, then don’t come here. Love the walk-up and order style of ordering as it makes it easy when you need something to just get it yourself immediately. GLUTEN FREE FRIENDLY big time!!!! As a celiac, I can’t stop talking about this place’s menu! (Almost) everything is gluten free even (most of) their deep fried chicken which is the best I’ve ever had. Ceaser salad is always amazing although I miss the chunky bacon they used to use. Ciders are of course top notch with tons of cool varieties and flavours that most places don’t make. I’d highly recommend trying the Buffalo fried chicken, Apple prosciutto pizza and Apple Pie Cider as it sets this place apart from the rest. Thanks Upside & staff for fantastic visits and events time after time!

Off the highway just across from the airport and the kangaroo farm is a cidery that serves different types of cider, comfort food, has a good sized patio, and is dog friendly. The dining area is large and has two sides. There was a shelf of small games that you can play at your table. We ordered a flight of cider to share along with a keep it simple pizza (margherita pizza). The pizza is cooked outside and is a thin crust. The pizza dough is soft and fluffy and you can tell it is hand-made and fresh from the oven. It was also good to try the cider that was on tap and we enjoyed the honey cider the most. Very clean space and lots of seating and a good sized parking lot. Their upstairs patio wasn’t yet open but it’s a great place to go and hang out with friends.
