Extremely unhelpful staff. Wanted something that was available online, wouldn’t let me purchase it because it was available in store. In the store I was told that the items were “heavy and would take time to deliver on a truck” so they wouldn’t get them in. Suggested that I purchase another (smaller, unsuitable) product.
The chap helping me simply couldn’t be bothered to attempt to help me get what I want.

I've always loved this little Rona, service is very personable. Just want to send a big thank you for correcting an issue (my fault) when choosing a can of paint I bought from Lowe's when they closed. Alvin was very pleasant over the phone and when I arrived she gave me exceptional customer service and worked with me to get me the right color. 👍

I had a disappointing experience with one of the cashiers at this location. The boy’s attitude was disrespectful and made me feel
discriminated against. As a customer, I expect to be treated with kindness and fairness, regardless of background. I hope management takes action to improve customer service and train staff to be more respectful.

The staff is nice, and helpful. BUT this location is only good for cutting keys, getting paint and basic plumbing fittings if you need anything else go to home Depot. Don't waste your time

I will never buy anything from this store ever again as they have a hired parking enforcement man for the past year who literally follows anyone who parks in their lot that they share with the neighbors like a vet clinic and vet store and threatens to ticket and call the cops even when parking lot is half empty. Apparently this isn’t even legal and the tickets aren’t enforceable! This is atrocious that they feel so entitled to monitor the property like this not even allowing customers shop at Rona first and then run errands in neighbouring businesses when the parking lot is shared and never full! The man is arrogant and on a power trip to intimidate customers. I will be spreading the word to hope they go out of business and get bought by a developer. Shame on you! Who do you think you are to negatively affect other small businesses like this who may end up losing customers as a result of this practice.

Crazy dude in the parking lot. Not sure if he even actually works there harassing people. Every time I’ve been here or at nearby shops, he has been following people getting out of their cars and yelling at them.

One day while picking up food nearby. This man who claims to work for RONA followed someone and yelled not until they started crying but after they were able to get away from him. She was in clear distress and he was yelling about parking or something. She came out of the RONA and came my way.

As I’ve seen this man over the course of a year and from the complaints about him here it is clear that RONA endorses this behaviour.

P average rona, but won't be coming back because the parking enforcement officer is ridiculous; extremely aggressive, short-tempered, and won't listen to reason. It's perfect legal to visit a rona and then visit a store in the same plaza without moving your car. Baffling individual. Very odd interaction.

This RONA is absolutely horrific. I went in there to look for a specific caulking tool, they didn’t have it- so I left. Because it is in the same plaza area as Yonge Sheppard Animal Hospital, I went to pick up my cat food and get my other cat’s ashes that died a traumatic death. Their security guard starts berating me, threatening me that I am going to get a ticket and I told him I just came out of the RONA. Didn’t matter to him, I also told him that my cat just died and this is a very stressful situation for me. He then continued to bully me for being upset. Thankfully the staff at Y&S animal hospital helped mediate the situation, but this is truly disappointing behaviour from RONA’s management. I am no longer going to buy anything from this store, as I can’t support this kind of behaviour. Businesses should be kind to each other and it’s clear RONA is just a big bully.
