PAO has done a great job planting the trees in our backyard. Wayne and Paul are great. They are responsive and very helpful when we had to pick our trees. The installation went smoothly. Wayne also provided instruction how to take care of the trees. The experience was great from the beginning to the end. We are very pleased with the trees and hope the trees will grow healthy.

My experience working with PAO Horiculture was nothing short of fantastic. Not only do they have great trees at very reasonable prices, but their service is incredible. They are an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. When PAO first put in my 18” cedar hedge, the process was seamless. They were professional, courteous and meticulous. The process was so smooth I was actually amazed. Their crew was so polite, very experienced, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Fast forward almost two years later, I contacted PAO two weeks ago as a few of my cedars has died. They immediately scheduled the replacement (true to their 2 year guarantee) and again, the experience was amazing. So professional, so clean and so fast! The crew even took the time to trim and prune my existing hedge and other trees while they were there. I would highly recommend PAO to anyone looking for exceptional trees with exceptional service from great people who truly care.

PAO is the best nursery for mature trees. They have a great variety of trees to choose from and you can go out with them and personally choose each tree.They are very knowledgable about all the stock and will advise you on the best trees, shrubs and plants for different locations in your garden. Their customer service is excellent. Always answering phone calls, coming out personally to your garden to confirm plants and soil amounts. The installation guys were excellent too. First, someone came to review the job and discussed everything with me. When they finished, the garden was beautiful. I would definitely recommend PAO to anyone who would like more mature trees.

I have had PAO replace two mature trees now and both experiences were excellent. The farm is amazing and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable - suggesting the perfect tree for my yard to attract the birds. I was also very impressed with their conservation efforts - removing large trees from the city that would have been destroyed by developers and replanting on their farm.

Have been trying to get dead cedars removed for 3+ months. Can't get a call back - I have called weekly and every week they take my number and promise they will be in touch. I have never dealt with such an unresponsive business. Absolutely terrible customer service from the owner(s). Save your money, go to someone who appreciates your business.

We spent over $14,000 for mature trees from POA. All of them died that year - we believe they were poorly planted.

We called them and they made promises to come out. They never did.

We called 3 years in a row before finally giving up.

Would never use them or trust them for a large job.
