With the new ownership of this shop, I barely see it stocked up. They dont even have chicken most of the time. The wonderful workers cannot communicate with customers therefore makes it harder for the customers. Hopefully the Owners can step in and bring it back to its old standard!

Went in looking for pork ribs (google didnt say halal, so we didnt know and just figured we would go in and ask) when we asked the dude at the counter he was standoffish and quiet, looked at us strangely, and kinda just shook his head no. The coolers had like nothing in them- but the beef products that were in there looked fresh and well marbled so i cant speak to their quality. They certainly need to be a little nicer.

I usually visit this place once a month and always have a good experience, especially today. I met the new owner, who was very professional, nice, and helpful with all my requests, better than ever before. The new employees were helpful although some of the machines and refrigerators are not working, I was able to get everything I wanted, like slice meat. After a long time in Canada, I finally got a whole chicken that Dariush kindly sliced for me in Iranian style. 😉Thanks!

New review. Under new ownership As of May 6, 2024. I do not know what happened with the old owner or the employees. The prices have gone up significantly, and all frozen meat opposite the serving counter is no longer there. I will be taking business elsewhere now.

Went today, (had never gone before); and got a beautiful beef tenderloin for a fraction of what others were charging and it’s a lovely cut of meat. The butcher trimmed it and wrapped it and we are thrilled. Our new “go to” place.

You’ll find the best quality meat right here at this store in Windsor. The staff was friendly and polite and customer service was exceptional. The store was clean and well maintained. This will be my go to store for fresh and high quality meats.

I used to love this place a lot when the old owner was there, the meat was always ready for cut and fresh , I went there a week ago and everything was already packed and not too many options to chose from the fridges, I don’t know what happened and why they didn’t maintain this store format with all the customers that they already had previously

2024- 2025. The owners have changed and there little in the coolers
Hand slaughtered Zabeehah Halal chicken and meat in the Windsor East area.
