Called to inquire about a snowmobile, sales guy didnt identify himself, didn't know pricing, told him what I was looking for, he didn't ask me any questions, when I asked him questions he kept saying "well depends" and never answered the question. After 3 minutes, I realized they are not interested in my business, (guy never even asked for my name) so I called another dealer which provided great customer service and purchased from them. Imagine how service dept is if sales is this bad!

The staff and techs here are very friendly and knowledgeable. It's well work the drive from kw to have atvs and snowmobiles repaired. Fair prices and it gets fixed properly. Would definitely recommend to anybody.

Called them at 1 o’clock on Wednesday before a long weekend to have my clutches fixed and ready for the weekend. They took my sled in that evening And had it fixed the next day without complaints. Will always bring my sled here from now on. 5/5 stars on customer service.

They recommend Tim Hortons coffee and donuts to keep the mechanics going btw!

Nice Looking Store, but that's where it ends.
I drove 1 1/2 hours to pick a 2018 Honda bike and when I arrived the tagged price was higher than the price I was quoted over the phone.
I was aware that Honda has factory incentives for out of current models and dealer quoted 500 off this again, which I though was very kind - little did I know.
I asked about the price and asked to speak to the same gentlemen that I spoke to earlier. He conveniently forgot our conversations regarding the bike and my wanting to trade/ consignment my BMW.
He comes up with an out the door price that was $1000 higher that he had previously quoted me.
I walked out the same door.
If you plan on doing business with this shop MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN WRITING. Do not trust anyones word.
