Great place to get greens for your salad, and they have lots of different soups and dressing. Everything is grown hydroponics it's amazing to see how they grow. Everything the staff are all wonderful. They help support our community in many ways

Operation Grow has provided us with fresh greens, sauces, cookies, and soups for the past few years. The greens are fresher and last longer than those we get from the grocery store. The soups are great tasting and the variety is always changing. They are also a fantastic value. The people working there are knowledgeable and friendly. One of the great treasures of Midland.

Became a regular here after being sickened by a prepped salad from a local supermarket. After reading a lot of research on leafy greens it is very evident that vertical hydroponic cultivation is the gold standard when it comes to lettuce and all the other green leaves we like to enjoy. The produce here is excellent and good value given how long it will last. Greens are sold in biodegradable bags so can go into your compost stream.

Soups and dressings are all between good and fabulous.

Top tip - do not miss out on the Kale Brownies, beyond delicious!

A great initiative and for a very worthwhile cause.

I love what they are doing here. Knowing you're purchasing high-quality greens that are super fresh! So far, I've been really impressed by the gluten-free and vegan (not something I require) dressings. Have also held my first networking meeting here, and it won't be my last!

I tried the Harvest Mushroom soup. A small bowl full. Easily the worst soup I've ever tasted. The mushrooms were pureed into a runny grey slop. Disappointing. It gave me an upset stomach for 24hrs.
I won't go back.

What a great idea right in Midland

Great tasting produce to benefit less fortunate woman all volunteer.
