This store is awesome! They have literally EVERYTHING one needs for not only hydroponic / semihydroponic, but also gardening too. And their location is good too, not far from downtown. I love the fact that it is not somewhere far away that’s not accessible by public transportation. No more shopping online for me! Look at those huge bag of LECA, it’s less than $50! The things they sell here are very good quality stuffs too. Another thing I love about this store is that they also pack their own products for cheaper price, which is basically the same thing as branded products. The owner is knowledgeable and helpful too. Would definitely visit again in the future.

Quite expensive, if you're new to gardening or plant keeping there isn't much help or guidance. Very meh. I've heard indoor gardener in London is better.

They do follow you around and it's extremely awkward and uncomfortable, but don't ask if you need help at all, recommendations or advice.
I almost feel like they hover over your shoulder to make you feel like a criminal and like you will steal or something, because it's definitely not to help you and guide you, because if you ask them for that they're very brief and not exactly helpful.

They mainly just sell product, the plants they actually sell are definitely nothing special, but they do grow a bunch of personal plants in there that are nicer- but of course aren't for sale. 90% of their plants actually aren't for sale at all, only 10% are that are found on a tiny rack lol.

Fantastic staff. Each and every time I have come here the staff were knowledgeable, recommended solutions, or offered me a sample/future sale price. I will come back for anything I need, regardless if I can find it cheaper online. I'd rather support a local business that takes care of their customers. I hope to become a regular with them throughout the years.

These guys really came through for me. I had ordered some 10 inch insulated fex pipe from a different company. Well surprise it never arrived. After doing some searching, I found Ontario growers supply. I called them on the chance they may have what I needed. I talked to Jane, she was great. They had one in stock and ordered me one more. I was happy, my client was happy the job was done. I highly recommend this company, they are pros.
