I am extremely disappointed with Sheridan Nurseries. I purchased a live Christmas tree from your store two weeks ago, and just a week later, I returned to express my concern about the tree losing its needles. While I appreciate the offer to refund my money so that I can purchase a more expensive tree, this situation is unacceptable. I already spent $153 on this tree, and I have serious doubts about whether it will survive until Christmas. Decorating a tree twice is not an option anyone wants to consider. This experience has left me very frustrated!

I have been going to this store for last 5 years. Always wonderful service and plants. I had an exceptional customer service moment today from Helena (assistant Manager), she went above and beyond helping me sort out an issue and remained calm and was understanding. Will continue to keep going back because of her💗

Visited for the first time. An abundance of plants to choose from. Staff were super nice and place was well maintained. The selection was overwhelming for me but that's that's just a me thing. Wish they had more parking as the lot was small and quite tight but otherwise would recommend.

I love plants and this place is so list with beautiful life! I spent a week trying to find a ponytail pom tree and they have one for 10$! It's very cheap and looks gorgeous! Service was again very helpful! I recommend going there, they don't only have plants but they also have other beautiful items for sale. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, it also had a cozy but refreshing feeling to it.

I called the store to check stock for a certain tree I was looking for as I live out of town. I asked the rep on the phone for the height of the tree and the price and I was told they are too busy to check the price for me. So much for your store getting my business. That is not good customer service so I will spend my money elsewhere.

Trinity was incredibly helpful and patient in helping me pick out some cute new little plants for my room, and some new peppers to grow in my garden :3 Huge thanks to Hannah for potting the little cat for me and making sure it was just how I wanted it as well!
it can be a little pricey though depending on what you’re looking for but no complaints from me 🙂
