DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
Came from 4 and a half hours away to pick up a camper trailer for a friend, waited over 2 hours. They knew we were coming to pick it up. It wasn't ready by any means they couldn't find the keys! They had to swap out the mattresses and as we are waiting for them to find said keys they tell us "oh we're just going to change the lock now" oh but it gets worse no one on the premises knows how to change the lock!! One tire was a little low, no portable air compressor, so now we had to wait even longer for them to move a unit, then back this one into the garage to put air in it and now they are taping the door so we can take the unit off the lot! No one who works here looks like they know what they are doing, and dear god, do they ever take their damn time! They came out with a bin of keys with tags on them but still had to try every single key and still couldn't find the damn key!! UPDATE- My friend had a chance to look over her trailer when we dropped it off and all I have to say is wow! Pictures added see for yourself people this place rips you off, $10,000 for this! Not to mention that the roof leaked so bad she now has to replace the couch, door to the bedroom is not even there.......

Extremely unprofessional experience – buyers beware

We reached out to The RV Farm about upgrading our trailer, as we're expecting another child and need more space. My wife spoke with a man named Steve online about a trailer he had on the lot, who assured us it was available and they do accept trade ins. She sent him all the details of our current trailer, and he responded with a JD Power screenshot showing a trade-in value between $16,000–$20,000 USD. This aligned with what we were hoping for, so we made the drive—over an hour each way—to see the trailer.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a man in a truck who lit a cigarette as he walked up to us, despite my wife being visibly pregnant. He did at least apologize for the "bad habit." After my wife excused herself to the washroom, he asked what trailer were we there to see. I assumed he knew, but we then had to hunt down the trailer ourselves. We did look over the trailer, and everything did seem like a good fit. He explained the trade in process and how the RV Farm checks over and fixes any issues before delivery. During this time, he made a point of telling me not to believe the negative online reviews, that those customers were just "disgruntled" because they chose to take trailers AS-IS and declined their inspection prior to delivery. Even mentioning this at the time was a big red flag. I thought to myself, "there must be a lot of bad reviews for a sales guy to mention it during his sales pitch in an attempt to get ahead of it" Major red flag, and honestly I didn't even think to check the reviews until he mentioned it.

He said he’d hold the trailer for us over the weekend and follow up Monday. Monday came and went with no call, so I followed up and sent an offer: our trailer plus $10,000 for theirs, based on the values he provided. He asked for our trailer info again and sent the exact same JD Power screenshot.

Then came the runaround—he said he had to ask “Paul” for approval. Days passed with no update. I followed up several times and was either ignored or left on read. Finally, after nearly a week, I received a vague “I think they want to pass.” When I asked if that was confirmed or if there was a counter offer, I was again met with silence.

Eventually, after more follow-ups, I received a baffling reply asking “What trailer are we talking about?” before being told they were overstocked and didn’t want to make a deal. He also claimed I was asking too much for my trade—even though I used his valuation numbers.

This entire experience was a waste of time, gas, and patience. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt despite the many negative reviews, but unfortunately, they lived up to every one of them. Steve was dismissive, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust him to order a coffee, let alone handle a $30,000 trailer deal.

Save yourself the trouble and steer clear. I eagerly await their generic response chalking me us among the "unreasonably disgruntled" taking no accountability. Also worth noting: they seem to operate under multiple business names, which is telling.

The RV Farm was a pleasure to deal with. We found the trailer we loved and was at a fantastic price. They did a pre inspection before they delivered it and made sure everything was working and working parts were installed. They gave us a great trade in value on our old trailer and we put it towards the new trailer. Steve was a great salesman and very up front and bang on with everything. Ish was such a help with the administrative work. Paul the owner had to deal with a small issue on the delivery but talked to me and solved the issue with professionalism. Not sure why others had bad reviews, our experience was great and seamless.

The RV farms = Vacations on wheels = Toronto camping centre. They are creating different company names to separate all the bad reviews, and refreshing their rates by their own fake reviews.

This is what happened when I went there to ask my refundable deposit back. I was speaking with Tony which I recorded, this guy is Paul, they are both the owner. Google doesn’t let me upload the video, What happened is on my Yt

Scam artists to the max, paid 10k for a camper they were fixing when I purchased, was supposed to fix the slide out leaks and yet it still leaked through, I have now more water damage, missing parts of the camper that were there the day I purchased it, even had to come back from where I live 5 hours away 2 months later to pick up with promise of things to be done and still weren't done. Didn't have the keys, had to shut the glass door with wood to travel, the tire was flat and wouldn't hold air so was held up for an extra 2 hours yet they knew what time they would be there to pick up, the fridge doesn't work and isn't the proper camper fridge so it doesn't fit in the hole properly and gets hot, the glass door screen missing, bedroom door missing the back bunk mattress missing and door latch broken, a drawer above the fuse panel box missing expossing wires, multiple lights caroded and didn't work, furnace was not working, every drawer in fridge missing and not to mention the glass sliding entry door is shifted out of place and doesn't shut or latch properly. This unit was not worth the 10 thousand dollars and the neglect that they have left it in. Plus the thieft of items from my camper I purchased with them in it. Outrageous behavior. Especially when told what was wrong with it and was only told to bring it back and they would have it looked at and done in 2 months, at that point we would have no where to go and out more money due to your lack of help and honesty, plus no guarantee that wouldnt try to screw me over more due to no communication and if I would even get it back, I asked simply for 950$ back for items I had to replace that your team stole and the damage you and your team have caused and left it in, and after almost a month of no contact and answers, my number goes to voicemail now. All you had to do was send me the 950$ for repairs and stollen items instead you have gone the wrong ruit of ignoring everyone of my calls and emails.

Update: picked the unit up 1 month ago has only rained a few days this month and when it raised it was pulled in. The pull out was only open for a night and woke up to this mess. Having to pay to be fixed as this should not have happened 1 month after they had said they were fixing it the day I purchased. This is getting out of hand.

Do not buy from this company. Please please please!!! These people are con artists and thieves that will give you every excuse under the sun for you to not get your trailer/RV. We thought we would not go through the hassle of buying a trailer privately and go through what we thought would be a good company. These people over promised and under delivered. To having paid in full and have to constantly chase them for our receipt showing we paid in full (which we never received) to the registration and licensing, to getting a date for the “PDI”. Eventually having to force them by calling constantly (and from different numbers so they would answer because they began ignoring us!!) it was the only way we actually go things done. Every time there was a “promise” of a date, it was then broken with some problem that couldn’t be fixed right away or another issue that needed to be looked at. It took us just showing up to actually get our trailer and force it. This company has several files and complaints with the Better business bureau and their rating is an F. If you want stress and fear that you are getting ripped off buy from these people. Otherwise run in the other direction!

Updated review
as cleaning it out when we received it, there was a mouse nest inside perfectly there under a drawer. This company’s “PDI” is absolute bull. They didn’t even clean out the MOUSE NEST in a trailer they say they fix and inspect head to toe. The front door also doesn’t lock, the siding where the latches pull down the trailer and secure for travel is ripping off, the door slides are holding on with a prayer, one of the kick boards covering wires is completely off. They had this trailer for a month and a half promising pdi to be done the next week. Month and a half later nothing was done. And we were sold a mouse with a trailer around it. Do not trust this company with your hard earned money.

This company is thieves. I saw a used trailer that was delivered to a friend. Nothing was done that they promised. They paid beforehand to have it all ready to go . Water damage , nothing repaired, roof issues. This was a joke Just lie after lie . Paul you are a person with no conscience. Then you want to charge a ridiculous cost to get it back and you say to repair it . I saw what you do to people. This is not the end Paul
