Service was friendly, but the peaches on the bottom of the basket were rotten. At $8 for a basket of 6 peaches, it's quite disappointing when only the top layer is edible.

Just bought a basket of peaches today. I was told that they are “ sweet and juicy “. Just a couple of them on top were nice looking, the rest underneath were small, green and hard. Very disappointing!!!🙁

Bizjak is my favourite place to shop from spring to fall hands down! The produce is always fresh and I love being able to shop seasonally and locally. The owner Mimi is the loveliest woman and my kids absolutely love going to visit her at the farm stand. She uses natural farming techniques whenever possible which is important to our family. My kids love her strawberries and jarred peaches while I'll happily eat a box of peaches myself. She always as different fruits, vegetables and pantry items available like honey and maple syrup.

We especially appreciate Bizjak Farms because they are environmentally conscious, having sustainable farming practices. Our understanding is that they use the least amount of pesticides, aiming to be as close to organic as possible. Their fruits are tasty. We have not had problems with the quality of the fruits and veggies we purchased so far. But even if we found a bit of deterioration of the product, we also understand that without lots of chemicals and preservatives, it presents more challenges. We are happy to support Bizjak Farms for as long as they are going to be there !

DON’T SUPPORT THIS FARM. We went to their fruit stand on Victoria Street in Vineland. We purchased a basket of Baby Gold peaches, basket of peppers, corn and butter tarts. We always try to support local farms as much as possible.

When we reviewed the peaches there were 2 peaches that had blemishes and had requested to have them swapped out, as they had been hidden at the bottom of the basket so buyers couldn’t see them.

A very miserable woman took the peaches and reprimanded us and said there was nothing wrong with them and that one day we would wish we would have a peach like this when there is a food shortage. We told her that she was very rude to her customers that are supporting her farm and if this is the treatment she provides we’d never support her again as there are plenty of fruit stands we could choose from. Her reply to us was to go somewhere else.

I’ve lived in the area my entire life and go to the local markets often and have NEVER been treated like this. In fact the farmers always go out of their way to ensure the customer gets the best produce and is happy and often times offers samples and extras. We weren’t seeking anything extra, in fact we were asking to receive ripe unblemished fruit that we were paying good money for.

This woman who seemed to be the owner was belligerent and in fact clueless of appreciating the people who support her business.

To anyone visiting this area PLEASE, go to a different fruit stand!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! She clearly doesn’t want anyone’s business!!!! Nor is your business appreciated.

Purchased a half bushel of peaches for $25. Terrible product and such a waste of hard earned money. The lady was assuring us over and over that there was nothing work with them, they were just a smaller size. If it wasn't that I live 2hrs away I would have returned them as more than half went into my green waste bin. We have never purchased from this farm before and nor will I be visiting this location again. Be honest with your customers!!!
